I thought I was losing my hearing. I was tested and assured that my mostly normal. At this time an earing aid is not necessary. I am very appreciative of the information and the honest assessment and recommendation.

On 4/27/2020 my appointment was great. Always a good experience at this location. Ms. Pearl and Ms. Donna are always so courteous.My experience here is always a pleasant one. I came away with a full understanding of what is going on with my hearing.I received new hearing aids today 2/11/21. I received a warm welcome from Ms. Pearl and Ms. Donna from the time I walked in to the walk through of understanding my new aids and even to understanding the bill.

Mrs. Pearl and Ms. Donna provide the best customer service ever. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly as can be. They do everything they can to meet your personalized needs as quickly as possible. The scheduling and location is convenient too. I highly recommend them! ❤️

The price is high and the product isnt what I expected. I would like add that the service was great. but the heating aid battery dont last that long. I didnt know thst I would have to replace them so often. I wish I could get recharging ones
