Raigan always provides great service with the space I need or questions I have, she explains things in detail and is really funny. Recently I have gone through some big changes at work and she took the time out of her day to listen to me with empathy and I was able to vent my frustration, she made me feel as though everything is going to be ok and work itself out. I never felt rushed or felt as if I was being a burden even though she’s busy catching a breath from being busy. Building is always clean,also.

The 1 star represents the rent increase-- this is 2nd time rent has been increased without any amenities to customers. It is a nice clean facility, however, costly. And at the time of covid-19 other companies are giving folks a break but not ezStorage they are raising rent.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! My storage was behind due to COVID, not to mention other reasons, I contacted the corporate office, and they told me I had until the end of the month like the 29th and I thought i would be Ok because Im a Veteran and my direct deposit post on the 27th however it actually will post today, I told them that I would be getting paid this week and they told me that would not help me, they had to sell my belongings! They said that the corporate office did not tell me I had until the 29th. Ive lost all my Military records, bank account information, kids and family personal information! tax documents and much more. All my fall and winter clothing along with my childrens items, tons of baby items for my grand children. The only reason I put all this important items in this storage was because my husband would not let me keep the containers at home in our work office. EZ Sorage was not only insensitive, they actually went up on the fees in the mist of COVID19, they did offer customers another month, however they add late fees and a auction fee over $100 before they even auction your belongings! I will never use this place, I actually dont want to ever use a storage company again, I will purchase a shed! By the way I actually think one of the employees didnt like me personally because I questioned her about how she treated me as a customer, and she was upset because I didnt hesitate to ask her about her behavior.

Make things simple. No hidden small letters, not extra charges nobody told you about. Rented a unit and returned it last week. All went smooth and well. Will return if ever need a unit.

Most wonder experience!!! Felt welcomed with smile as I walked through the door. Everything was explained and at set up to fit my budget. Ms. Michelle very courteous and filled with joy, respect, everything a customer is looking for in customer service.

This is the nicest storage ever they work quickly and always tend to leave smiles on customers, Mrs. Regan and Ms Michelle are very sweet and work with everyone no what the situation. The staff is friendly, very efficient, and most of all knowledgeable about their job. The facility and my unit was extremely clean. I had the pleasure of working with three employees (I kept letting my reservations lapse). Each encounter was very pleasant. Oh, let me not forget, they ate funny, the clowned me about missing my deadlines. It made ma feel like I was apart of the EZ Storage family.

Its clean, good lighting inside and outside...and after a year of using the storage unit I dont have any problems with the employees.

Easy Storage of Waldorf is the best! OMG have been dealing with Reagan for years shes always pleasant and joyful. The place is clean, climate controlled & safe. Ive met other staff and they are wonderful. Met Melissa today and she is equally pleasant and helpful!

I wish I could give a negative star rating for this business. The units are high priced and the monthly fees are EXPENSIVE. If there is absolutely any other place nearby to store your items, please patronize them. I had to move some items quickly and it just so happened that this place was located on the same street as my items, however, for that momentary convenience I have paid dearly. I have moved cross country several times in my life and have stored items for indefinite periods of times in storage units in the past, but never before have I felt that I was being ripped off in the way that I have been with EZ Storage.

Nate and Alicia were so wonderful they escorted me to the lockers, answered all of my questions. They were so ver nice and polite. They knew everything about the lockers and process. I never ever get this type of Excellent Customer Service. Everyone please go to ez storage they will take care of you and the facility is soooooo clean. Thanks!

It was a very rough day for me and immediately needed a storage unit, I came in on Tuesday Oct 9 around 2:30 met with Michelle she made my process very easy the storage unit was very clean I was very please with this company and Michelles customer service.
