Beware they can open you a credit account without your permission.I went in to buy clippers and saw $20 off over $50 purchase sign. Picked up what I wanted to buy. At the counter when I asked if I could get that discount they said yes and asked for my ID and last 4 digits of my social #. And a couple of min. later when I was told youll get your card I was shocked and understood that they opened a credit line without asking me if I wanted to. Not over yet... After figuring this out I asked them to cancel it, but they refused to and gave me a phone number saying I have to call. Another 45 min on a phone call trying to cancel it. Now theres a hard inquiry on my credit score and will probably go more down after closing that line. Disgusting...

Employee with red hair working on Saturday afternoons Had big attitude and was unnecessarily rude to customers when they were in the store.

Came in for a quick purchase of an at home hair kit and clippers. We asked Jasmine for help finding a kit. She explained with minimal emotion that she didn’t know of any such kit. After looking all over the store, we found it directly behind her at the counter while she continued to use her cellular device. The second clerk, who was leaving her shift saw we were waiting for jasmine to finish up with another customer and asked if we were all set. My partner explained he was trying to decide between two of the clippers (shelves behind counter out of reach). We were hoping for maybe a recommendation or an offer to grab the second box so we may compare. Instead, the clerk noted that she had already closed out her machine and rudely stated that she can only help with questions. Why ask if we need help then immediately try to escape the responsibility of answering questions? Hopefully she was leaving work to buy pants that weren’t see-through leggings to be more work-appropriate at her next shift.While Jasmine was arguing with the elderly woman in front of us regarding calling ahead to reserve items, she made it clear that she works everyday.If this is the everyday staff, this location is better off closed. I’ll take my shopping online next time.

I really wish I can give this rating zero stars. I walked in looking for a product, a specific product. After standing at the cash register for about 10 mins they finally noticed me. I asked for help which one worker went down the aisle with me and then said she will be right back. She never came back I was standing in that aisle for another 10 mins, 20 mins in this store already wasted. This is by far the worst Sally Beauty Supply store Ive ever went to. Will not be coming back here again.
