NEVER EVER move to a building that has MAC GRAY Laundry service. The machines keep breaking down and they will not reimburse you if you lost money on your laundry card because of a broken machine. People in my building keep losing their money. The customer service is terrible. Very incompetent people. Despite having called the company multiple times, there was no resolution with them.

Congress works better then this company on the reliability and service of their equipment.

Horrible customer service! They do not care about the customers, the clothes and will never own up to their mistakes or refund you if any of your clothes get damaged.. Specifically speaking about MacGray in Boston!
