My best friend and I came to Salem to attend the Endless Night Vampire Ball at The Hawthorn Hotel but the costumes we rented in the mail didn’t show up on time so we called The Costume Company the day before the ball! The owner answered right away, got us an appointment the next day, hours before the ball, and was an amazing help. We loved the whole experience working with her from start to finish! It was so much fun wearing the costumes, she pulled some ahead of our visit so we could go quickly, the costumes are SO comfortable, such high quality and fun to wear that I never wanted to take it off. That night in Salem, we got interviewed by 3 video news stations and everyone on the street and in the party complimented our costumes and wanted to take pictures with us. We even got nominated and came in 2nd place for the costume contest! We splurged for the more expensive costumes and it was 100% worth it because it made people in Salem just so happy and excited to see people really decked out with such beautiful and authentic costumes for Halloween. We think everyone attending a Salem Halloween event should get their costumes here. We love her 💗

Had a party that was Bridgerton themed. Contacted the Costume company via email and got a very quick response. I arranged a time to look at clothes and there was already a selection laid out. Then I rented for the weekend and returned it on Monday. Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! I thought what I was looking for a childs class project would be a needle in a haystack and she had it in stock. It was wonderful to be able to do business with a real store and the convenience of having it in Belmont! I cant recommend The Costume Company enough. Its a go-to first place. She literally saved the day!

Jeanne has been the primary costumer for the Annisquam Wax Works since 1991. She is knowledgeable, creative, patient, and accommodating. Toni, her assistant, is likewise a true thespian. Together they have worked assiduously to make each of our summer productions a success.
