Geoff and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new sprinkler system in our large, mature yard with numerous flower beds, rose gardens and moss garden. From the beginning, the Autowater Team showed a strong desire to install a system that met our needs in a smart manner that ensured we would not be wasting water. They put a great deal of thought into the best way to structure and layout our system. Our yard presented a number of challenges, but the team showed strong persistence - we have a large driveway with an extra deep footing that was a challenge to get under, but with a great deal of effort, they succeeded (where others may have taken an easier, but more damaging to the driveway route). They also did a great job getting the yard put back together after all of the work and helping with any questions we had programming the new system. We had used Autowater at our previous house to turn the system on and off at the start and end of each season as well - they always did a great job with that work as well. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Autowater for anyone considering the installation of a new system or the maintenance of an existing one.

Technicians were very polite and nice unfortunately what they said they did and what was on the the invoice was slightly different. The Owner Mike extremely rude, poor customer service skills, a call that was meant to understand the charges on the invoice turned into being told your cheap and “did you expect the service for free”. No we didn’t but we expected to be charged for what we were informed was done so there wouldn’t be any surprise charges. The way this owner interacted and continued to be rude and disrespectful towards concerns would not recommend, too many other companies to deal with this type of treatment

Great company - used them through my landscapers to complete the install of our new irrigation system and the team was professional and informative! Most importantly, they were fast at the install and walked me through the process. System was installed at the end of 2020, excited to see how it works this Spring and Summer once turned on.

Autowater recently installed an irrigation system at our home. Our experience with the company personnel from the owner (Geoff), sales rep (Chris), installation foreman (Jorge) and the installation crew was excellent from start to finish. They made a complicated job go smoothly and upon completion, it was almost as though they had never been here.

Autowater installed our system including spray for lawn and drip for planting beds when we renovated our home. The garden has never looked better and the plants established themselves much sooner than I had anticipated. The install involved some challenges which they handled creatively. They are prompt to respond to issues and with repairs and courteous and friendly to deal with. Definitely recommend!

Just had a fantastic experience. Autowater installed and has been servicing our system for a few years. This year due to the stay at home order I wanted to do it remotely. They gave me a call and walked me through the whole thing. They made it super simple and were so nice about it. It was fantastic and showed me they are building long term relationships. I highly recommend Autowater Irrigation. They just finished the installation of a 4-zone drip hose system with a wireless connector, that includes 4 raised beds. I could not been happier with the job they have done. At the beginning Geoff (the owner of this family business in the second generation) came out to take detailed pictures and delivered a detailed and very competitive quote within days. A few days after I signed the contract the outside plumbing was scheduled and finished in a day. On the day of the installation (also done within a day) Geoff again explained the entire process for the day, where they will have to dig trenches, confirming placement of valve boxes and timer, etc. The team arrived on time, was neat and very nice, and left the yard in a great condition. Chris (the Project Manager) gave me a final run through, explained different zones, how to use the app, and left me with the assurance, that if I had any questions or concerns, that someone I can count their customer service to take care of it right way.

Have had Autowater for our lawn irrigation for the last 4 years. This year had to ask for help repairing the anti-siphon outdoor faucet. Jeff came out and helped troubleshoot the problem. Rather than doing a pricey repair to change out the whole faucet, he offered to try to replace the broken part instead and voila... fixed!He also told me how to save money in the future by using a different outdoor faucet tied only into the irrigation system and not the main house water meter. What great knowledge to have!In addition, he helped to answer a random question I had about a water filled PVC pipe in the lawn. He quickly offered to pull out his snake and took 5 min for him to check and figure out it may just be a blockage in the downspout drainage system.Jeff did not charge me for his valuable time and expertise, or that small part. Just said was a quick fix and was glad to help. I offered to at least tip him for his time, but he told me no need as he was the owner!Thank you, Jeff, for your sincerity and generosity with your time and expertise!A truly grateful client and Autowater lifer!!!

Great company to work with. Responsive and the install team was highly knowledgeable, and VERY neat. They showed up when they said they would for both the estimate and the actual work day. They integrated about 6 drip zones on top of an existing lawn irrigation system taking into consideration, sun exposure, slope, etc. They did a great job and I would highly recommend you consider them for your property.

Autowater is excellent. Annual sprinkler maintenance and services are always done professionally and on schedule. They just installed the internet connected Rachio 3 control station to replace an old one and couldnt be happier with being able to control the system, zones, schedule, etc. from my phone. So cool!

Over the course of about 3 years, my wife and I were discussing completely redoing the landscaping around our house. When we moved in, the lawn was in bad shape. This was not a surprise and just something to take care of. I began asking for quotes from different landscaping companies. All of them suggested getting an irrigation system as well as a new lawn, which surprised me. I did some more research because if we were going to spend that much on a new lawn, I didnt want it to die. Each landscaper had their own recommendation for an irrigation company. Some worked directly with a subcontractor and included it in their cost proposal. After selecting, I needed to select an irrigation company. Autowater was recommended by one company and I found the site online. The examples of their work looked good, so I asked for a quote. Geoff called and we scheduled a time. The first visit, Geoff pointed out that our water service line was still original and suggested we contact the city about a replacement. Not wanting a lead service line, I paused the landscaping work and had that taken care of. Geoff made zero money on that, but recommended it for safety. The home inspector didnt even point that out. Throughout the entire estimation process, Geoff explained everything in detail and what the options were. Autowater was extremely accommodating with regards to scheduling and making sure the work was done in the right order with the landscaping work. They walked us through the timer system and how to control the stations and change settings. They warrant the installation for a year. We have stayed with Autowater for the annual winterization and spring activation as well. If youre considering a new lawn, get an irrigation system. Grass needs a ton of water. And having it automatically managed is great. Autowater does fantastic work. And its not just sprinkler heads. They also do drip lines for shrubs and flowers. Highly recommended. If I had a second house and needed a lawn, Id call Autowater for irrigation.
