William was spectacular, a gentleman and a scholar! Amazing service and very knowledgeable. Knows a ton about all bikes and can take apart, reinstall, update, rewire and touch up anything. I had bought a fender eliminator kit for my Gladius and William had it off, wired and put back together all within an hour. William worked on my 49cc scooter. He fixed my spedometer cable, put a new battery in, put new tires on, replaced the exhaust gasket, straightened out my exhaust pipe, and checked all vitals. This process took over 6 weeks. I was understanding as I knew he was busy, but I had to continuously call to check how things were going to get a similar update of little to no progress. I understand that parts may take a while to come in (only one part needed to be ordered and it arrived in a few days after dropping my scooter off), and of course labor takes time. After finally picking up my scooter and about 4-5 trips to the shop as William would tell me the bike would be done when it wasn’t, my bike ran quite well for about a month. After a month, I began bogging down when coming to a stop. It has been about 2 months of having my bike back, and now it will not even start. I appreciate and understand that working on these bikes is hard work, but I will be taking my bike elsewhere from here on out.After my initial review, William did reach back out in hopes to rectify this situation, which is much appreciated and an honest gesture. He takes pride in his work - unfortunately it didnt work out with me. I have already taken my bike elsewhere. Thank you.

Ive been in the process of rebuilding my Chinese engine for the entire summer, Im new to it so a lot of its been a struggle. With all the research Ive done as well as have had a mechanic come to my house and look at my scooter I got more answers from William and the 10-minute conversation than all that combined. call a scooter mechanic and try talking about the problems youre having and see what the result is. There will be no result.bring it in. When a man takes 15 minutes out of the end of his day to just answer questions to someone who isnt even spending money you know they love what they do. And I love my scooter, if I turn to anyone for help on something I cant do... It will be William and Alien motorsports

He takes his time but the outcome is absolutely amazing, he can work on any Chinese bike like it was a toy !!! Will$ a expert with Kawasakis i would highly recommend him to get the job done .

Ruined the muffler of my husbands bike and never compensated anything. Also took several weeks to fix a friends bike that ended up breaking down on the way home.

William kept my bike for 2 weeks and didnt work on it. Theres nothing professional about his work ethics. Over charged me for oil and filter change. Everything that William promised to do fell short. I dont recommend anybody leaving your bike here.

I swung by today with my son, late day to ask about having a slip on exhaust pipe installed on my sons scooter, William took us right in, did the job, offered to do an oil change and fixed a fuse, On The Spot. I would recommend him - Channing Jarvis
