Passport Pizza is amazing!!! I order pizza, superstix, and wings weekly!!! I also love their CBC salad and it’s made with mixed lettuce that is better than the iceberg lettuce you get from other pizza companies and packed full with all that is promised!!! I misplaced my car keys one night and had to change to delivery instead of carry out and they were extremely nice about the change so close to closing time. I highly recommend Passport Pizza if you enjoy a pizza made right and good customer service!!! Also Big Ben is a LOT of pizza!

Dont order from this store. Placed an order and received confirmation that our order would be delivered in approximately 45 minutes. Shortly before our time for delivery, we were informed that our house, which is 4.4 miles away, was outside of the 5 mile radius and they were canceling our order. No explanation, no rationale on how they arrived at the conclusion, and no expressed apology; just a curt and rude statement. Call somewhere else if youre in the mood for pizza.

We normally order from the 19 mile store (close to my office) and it’s always been good but yesterday we ordered from the 13 mile n Hayes store and it was EXCELLENT!!! We had their Big Ben and cheese sticks and the large Italian square and it was the NEST pizza we’ve had in a LONG TIME!!!!! Thanks so much to the 13 mile n Hayes staff for really knowing how to make GREAT PIZZAS!!! Will only order from this location again!!!!

I work midnights. I had gotten to work at 11pm and ordered pizza for delivery. First call, I asked were they still delivering, they said yes then a guy hung up on me after getting my number. 2Nd call they didn’t answer. 3rd call a lady answered and was very nice. Took my order and told me 30-40 mins. An hour later and no pizza. I called and it was closed. I’m very hurt by this. I haven’t gotten a chance to eat all day and I understood that it was late,That’s why I asked were they still delivering before placing my order. And to show appreciation I was planning to tip generously. I’ve never felt so played. This was very bold. Now I have a gripe with the company as a whole and will never order again. Hurt my feelingsUpdate TWO HOURS LATER they bring me a burnt dry pizza that I had to pay for! And she waited like she wanted a tip. You gotta be kidding me 🤦🏽‍♀️

Called in my order n had some special requests and the price of my order was pretty big n i said as much to my order taker LORETTA . she placed me on a brief hold n when she came back my order total was lowered by $6. Ill take it!!! Lol thank u LORETTA for caring about youre customers. ❤ oh! And the food was great as well n arrived super hot ! Love my passport pizza! Ty ev1!

Great pizza welcoming staff and open late!

The manager Mike at the New Haven store at 27 mile and gratiot was great. The service and pizza was AWESOME!!

Delivery driver was messed up because her eyes were really low and she was looking at my man up and down, then called him hot. Worst experience Ive ever had.

Just ordered pizza earlier today. We order regularly at least once a week and the staff screws something up regularly, which is pitiful because its fully grown men, but, whatever they deliver it and compensate us. Today, was not the case. They forgot one of our pizzas like usual and put parmesan cheese on our bread sticks when we asked for none. We called back and they said they would remake and deliver it. An hour in a half passed and still no pizza. We had called several times in between and no one ever mentioned that supposedly they werent delivering it. By then, my mother didnt want her pizza and the battle began. They would rather lose a customer over wanting a 20 dollar refund for a pizza that we waited two hours for. A disagreement ensued with his employees who wouldnt put on a manager for over an hour. We were finally given our refund. And only 3 hours after our order was placed. So timely, right? If you like passport pizza, do not go to this one. They get something wrong almost every time and whats more they never wear a mask when cooking your food. Someone needs to tell them that pizza with a free side of corona virus is not a good promotion.

Amazing how pizzarias cant seem to get a SIMPLE request to lightly cook a pizza!!! Ordered a BLT lightly cooked, not only wasnt it lightly cooked, it had no miracle whip on it!!!!!!!

My big ben came slid all to one side. Called them up and they want to bring me another and pick this one up. I have 3 kids hungry now and dont want to wait an hour for another. I asked if i can get a coupon to use later... Ill order elsewhere

As expected always great service and pizza

This is an edited review, I think the food and service is wonderful.

This place used to be good, but its gone so down hill. Was a regular pizza buyer, but the staff is just so incompetent. They must get my order wrong every time. My 7 minute trip down the road turns into a big hassle every night. If you are like me and anger ruins your appetite, then dont shop here. They will always make you upset before your meal.

They allow you to place orders then cancel 20 minutes in advance!

Good pizza but two out of the last three times Ive ordered toppings have been missing.

It was the only place open around but I can honestly say that was the worse pizza Ive had from anywhere yet.

Im sure it was simply unintentional that each slice had hair BAKED IN THE BREAD FROM BOTTOM TO THE TOP THROUGH THE CHEESE... i wish i was joking... happend my last 2 times. Never again for me .... i dont care what polite message they will put in response here on google.... its already filled with hair

Underrated! Great products and always on time

The first 3 times I ordered was fantastic, this time not so much.

The last time we ordered, we got one wrong pizza instead of pepperoni we got one with lots of toppings including tomatoes. When we called the store they were unwilling to fix it. We ended up with a pizza we did not want. Tonight we were told a 30 minute delivery after 45 mins we cancelled our order and were told it was on the way. The 13& Hayes store is 1/2mile away. The pizza delivery driver came over an hour after we placed the order and 20 mins after we cancelled. The store used to be good . Not anymore.

This place is good! Fair rates, considerable dishes and the staff members are consistently very welcoming.

People who work there are rude ! order is wrong most of the time, Avoid this place and way over priced

I got the Alfredo pizza once. They forgot to put the onions on it and I insisted that it was fine. However, the manager said that hed give us the pizza free and make us a brand new one. Instead of having to wait we came to the agreement of a free alfredo pizza with onions on the side. Very good experience and very good pizza.

Love this place! In my opinion best Pizza around compared the other competitors; better yet, the prices are fantastic, making it a easy decision. The Passport Pizza app allows you to order online and access coupons; however only complaint is that some staff are not aware they even have an app.

Best pizza Ive had in the area, only issue it ALWAYS takes over an hour to get your food delivered & I live not even a half mile away. Today I ordered a large pizza and its been over an hour and still not here yet. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered online and had the pizza delivered in less than time expected. The pizza was great the Cajun crust was the best. Very friendly delivery.

I just ordered hot wings from there, one of the grossest I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten wings from a different passport location and they were so good. I figured I’d try the 13 mile and Hayes location because it’s close to my work, needless to say I won’t be back to any location. My chicken was half undercooked and half over cooked as if Half was made and then recooked with more chicken. No meat on the bones and just made me lose my appetite. I don’t mean to be rude because the people that work here are super nice but the food was terrible.

Passport pizza is one of the best pizza places in Southeast Michigan. I usually get the big Ben pizza for myself and 4 to 7 friends

First time customer called to order a pizza, coupon online said lg pizza superstix and salad for 18.99 good till 8/31/18. Guy said the lg would be 22.99 and the coupons online arent used in store. Yet the website gave the option to print. So needless to say, youve lost my business.

We ordered a few party trays for Halloween and I have to say it was great service! The driver was on time, very friendly and the pizza was a huge hit! Great place to go!

Only reason this is two stars is cause they took my order. I called asking hey are you still doing delivery? They said yes where to. Answered and customary exchange. When the driver got here I gave that person a very nice tip over 20%... They proceeded too snatch the money from my hand and throw the pizza at me. While also reminding me of when they close, 15 min after when I recieved the pizza. This is not my business. If my order was taken, which if its too late I expect to be told by the provider they are no longer deliverering. I expect decent service, wish I would have left no tip.

Not too impressed with this one. Have been using GrubHub lately and have been pleased with the other establishments that I ordered from. Today, I ordered my lunch at 11:30 AM. The meal that I originally wanted was no longer available, but not reflected on their menu as such, so I ordered something else. After waiting the 50 minutes that were allotted for my delivery, I still had no food. It was almost 1:30 PM when I finally received my order, I asked the delivery man if my food was hot, he assured me that it was, however, this was not the case. I ended up calling the store and spoke with the manager, who offered to send out a new HOT meal. Thats a great gesture, but after waiting for two hours for my initial order, its still upsetting. Unfortunately first impressions are usually the lasting ones, and although the manager explained that they are short-handed and got busy (this was AFTER I received my cold food), it does not make up for my time or money spent on the cold food.
