The wife wanted to stop in here for some drapes so I obliged and even got the son to go with us with the promise of dinner afterwards. Always like the son along on visits to stores like this, since he helps me speed the wife up. Very nice store and actually stoked that we went ... since I stumbled in to a weighted blanket that I had wanted to try out.

I only came for the as seen on TV aisle. Wasnt disappointed.

I shop here often. I like that the associates will offer as much help as you need but not be overly pushy. I stopped here for a gift and found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I also had a coupon so that helped as well. I especially like their wrapping station!

Their stock is dwindling because theyre closing this store (others are remaining open). They had only one heavyweight wood cutting board. Another example is toilet seats . . . Plenty of choices for elongated bowls and only 2 varieties for standard bowl.The review is downgraded because the location is closing and limited stock. Otherwise, Ill return to Bed Bath and Beyond, just not this location.

Hard to find help when you have a question. Line was extremely long and very slow! Only 2 registers open. Almost walked out. They need to have enough help to make shopping here a much more enjoyable experience.

Store.is closing. Ok prices. 30 to 60 off. Most of it was 40% off. This was the only one around after eastgate closed.

I was able to find what I want and then some..even ordered the valance I wanted.

It always makes me wish I could afford more things! They have an amazing assortment of kitchen items that seem clever and time saving! They also have wonderful decorating ideas! The registries are excellent, and make gift shopping easier! The cashiers are knowledgeable and easily direct customers to the items they want.

Convenience! Great location...can be seen from the I-271 freeway. The exits are clearly marked in both directions. Travelers benefit from the proximity as Bed Bath & Beyond shares parking with a Marriott hotel and a few restaurants in addition to other stores. Also, it is conveniently close to another shopping area located on the other side of the I-271 underpass.

Very nice store extremely clean with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. Only one thing I would say I was a little disappointed on the lack of stock on one particular item that was being advertised however overall a nice place to shop.

I was able to find the tablecloth, napkins, placemats and napkin rings.

The associates are very helpful. You are greeted upon entering the store and serviced throughout. If a line forms another associate is called to assist. I enjoy shopping here and always find something to buy. They even take their own store expired coupons.

My husband and I LOVE this store! They have great prices on a lot of great products. We love the Soda Stream tank exchange program that they have! There are always new products to see and try staff is friendly and helpful!

They have remodeled and removed several rows of items to widen isles and help with distancing. Thats the good news, unfortunately inventory is way down so you might want to order on line for store pickup or risk being disappointed.

I went to this store for registration for my wedding and our associate Michael Pope was AMAZING although the process to WAY longer than we thought. He was thorough and helped us understand what and why we should choose things!

Everything is more spacious and the aisles are nice and clear..i had no problem getting in and out...yay

Large variety of specialty household products. But its extremely expensive and if you dont mind waiting for your products I would recommend purchasing online elsewear for better pricing. The layout of the store is confusing especially the check out area.

Bed Bath & Beyond, this store in Beachwood always has stuff you never thought youd find anywhere. Im always surprised by the amount of products they get in the store and it is arranged so neatly. Also, they have good sales and great discounts.

How could you not find the kitchen gadgetry that you would need for your house in this place. They have almost everything.I find that they have a nice selection of pillows as well plus You can get a discount if you have not signed up already on their website, as you can get a discount for 1st time purchase.

I cant explain how exceptional my service was today at this Bed Bath & Beyond. Even in the holiday madness the ONLY manager on staff was going above and beyond to assist me. This required her calling multiple stores to find an item for me, being put on hold for a pretty long time, & dealing with other customers on top of it all. She handled it with grace and ease and was so nice and charming throughout the whole process. I couldnt express my gratitude when she was able to find the product I was looking for, with a discount, and free shipping to my house. Highly recommend this store for any of your household needs!

One of my favorite places to shop coffee pods coffee makers dishes pictures shampoo soaps kitchen gadgets pillows and Pillow covers! I could keep on but i have to get back to work!

Usually I go to this store when I am shopping for some household item and are not satisfied with choices that I find in other stores because of an unsatisfying quality. And more often than not I buy stuff I was looking for at this store. This time it was just bathroom scales, and I liked what I bought, and its price was good too even without a coupon. Liked it.

Staff need to learn to be less aggressive when asking for a receipt on a return. Example: purse is in one hand and return in the other. One needs to have free hands to retrieve a receipt. It is very annoying. Everyone is so rushed and wants to quickly address the situation. Thats great usually but they dont have to be abrasive about asking for the receipt. As a strategy I have s large coupon envelope that holds both receipts and coupons. I place it is the side pocket of my car door. I never have to search for a receipt for a Bed Bath & Beyond and I always have my coupons!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is very organized and easy to navigate. And I like to take my little cousin and when we walk out ask if she remembers the beyond section where my husband and I joke that we did really fun things like get milk shakes or go swimming or get glitter tattoos haha.

Found a few things I needed. Store looked empty, not enough inventory.

Had to do last minute shopping to buy a air bed for a guest. With 10 min left to close. My chip on debit card stop working. I let the cashier know that the Mag strip works. She denied my service due to security purposes. I showed my i.d and let her know that this was my only payment. She cancelled my transaction and told my to get another card that works. This was a inconvenience to me and bad service I never heard of a policy like this. I definitely would not return due to something more personal then a security issue.

Have sales everyday got a very nice cozy blanket for 54 bucks

The store doesnt carry even anywhere remotely of what they have on their website. Even if it says online its in stock. I wont go back unless I preorder stuff. You can also get the majority of the stuff on Amazon for atleast 10%-30% cheaper.

I mean its bed bath and beyond, it has everything you you need, and way more that you probably dont, but impulse buy anyway. Great store, its hard not to spend all the money you have here.

Ive always wondered what was so beyond and Bed Bath and Beyond, but now I get it. They have items for personal care like body wash and lotions etc. However, they have such an extensive home collection that it will genuinely cover all your needs. It was also the only store to have Chanukah decorations and items two days before it started. They had a whole section dedicated to it. I have to say that the store feels a bit messy though.

Love my utensils rack for the draw in the kitchen. Look like it could be used in a commercial.
