Absolutely the most honest caring car salesmen Ive ever met in my entire life... My family and friends have bought cars from these 2 ANGELS in the used car sales business.. We bought at least 40 cars from them and refuse to go elsewhere. Today I bought this van and love it. They dont sell LEMONS.. BUT if one slips through the cracks they dont hold the AS IS CONTRACT against you. They will treat you with RESPECT ALL THE TIME

I am so impressed with this dealership! This was a fantastic experience. Brian was honest, timely, kind, and bent over backward to help me get the car and get on the road quickly. I was picked up from the airport, the dealership was opened early, and all the paperwork prepared in advance. This was the most impressive car purchase experience I have had.

Awesome place and owner. Purchased a used car recently which did unfortunately have some transmission issues from the previous owner. Brian gave me a great price, and fixed all issues with the car found after purchasing. Never felt pressured to buy either. Even if you are on the west side, I highly recommend going here for a used car.

After having gone to numerous big dealerships like Ganley, where the customer is clearly not the priority this place provided exceptional customer service. I spoke primarily with Brian and he was very easy to work with and willing to budge on pricing. The process was painless and easy and he never pressured me to buy a vehicle. Even after purchasing I had a minor issue with one of my tires and he paid for it, no questions asked. Overall the experience was excellent. They might not have the massive selection as some dealerships, but the customer service and pricing will not be beaten. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

Called about a GLI they had on the lot was able to put a despoit down on the vehicle and drove up and looked it over on Friday. Ryan and David did a great job getting everything setup and the paperwork went smoothly. After having the car for a couple days the oil light came on. Car had all of its oil when i picked it up. Come to find that it has blow by from cylinder 3.

We had a great experience working with Brian. We had given him some very specific criteria and he searched until he found what we wanted. He provided thorough information, but did not try to push anything on us that we did not want. He also went above and beyond the call of duty in finalizing the arrangements as I had some serious health issues that imposed some difficulties for us.

This is the place to buy a car! Brian is the Man. He had a very specific car that I wanted and worked with me by holding it until I could make the trek. The car was priced great already to avoid any haggling or overcharge. He was very transparent about the car and told me about the couple bugs it had. The car came with a warranty from VW that he believed would fix those bugs but he waited to finalize the sale until we had confirmed. I was able to drive the car off the lot that day and took it to VW where within the week they fixed everything good as new. Once confirmed the car was good to go Brian sent me the title and I was on my way.If you are looking for an upstanding guy who wants to make sure his customers are treated fairly and will be very happy with their purchase then Brian at lease car sales 2 is your man!
