If there was an option for more than 5 stars I definitely would have used it! Well above and beyond customer service! I was in need of a part to get a side by side running before Christmas. They sent the part out the door quickly. Through no fault of theirs it got hung up with the shipping company. Called in and was offered a fix to the problem and was able to get everything taken care of. Great people to work with!

Website says parts are in stock and ready to ship. They took my order, took my money, indicated the order was shipped, including a Guaranteed Delivery date, and then NOTHING! No communication, updates, or anything. When I complained about not receiving my order as stated, they issued a refund saying the item was not in stock. I was out my money for two weeks due to their incompetence or simple lack of not giving a hoot about their customers. I will never try to do business with them again, and can not recommend them to anyone.
