Went in to buy a washer and dryer. Ended up leaving with a fridge stove and washer and dryer. At a good price. The young man thats the Technician was respectful and honest. The owner was also their. I dont see where people say he is sloppy and rude but he was well dressed in work clothes and cut me a great deal.

Bought a fridge from these appliance pros they were supposed to haul off my old fridge, which they did not. they delivered a fridge that was spray painted and made my whole house smell. the fridge that they delivered does not work. all of my food went bad. they then sent out a repair man who confirmed what we already knew, that it was broken. They then offered to bring down a fridge the next day with no compensation for the trouble or the 100s of dollars of food that went bad. Very terrible customer service and the owner is awfully rude! Terribly disappointed with there service!

Bought a washer/dryer set for my son. Product and price were very reasonable. Delivery guys were quite unprofessional (checking out sons personal belongings) & didnt check the washers drain hose connection before leaving. A week or 2 later, I got a 9 pm call from my son asking me to bring as many towels as I can. The drain hose popped out from the water pressure, AND the fact it wasnt secured properly so there was water all over the laundry room and the attached kitchen! Once cleaned up, we secured the drain hose. All fine since, until this morning. My son text me that the dryer quit working. Told him to call to have them come fix it, since the 6 mo. warranty was the major deciding factor for buying from their store, instead of elsewhere. He called them. They told him the start button needed replaced & that theyd call when they were on their way. I checked in w/him after getting home from work. They hadnt called or shown up...AND theyre closed on the weekends!NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER (OR MOM) AT ALL! Wont EVER buy from, or recommend them to ANYONE!!

Was treated very badly at this store today when I stopped in to make an inquiry. A heavy set sloppily dressed man at the desk was certainly not customer service oriented.Something has changed and not for the better at this store. A few months back, I had bought a washer/dryer set. Was treated well by a lady named Robin and the sale and delivery went smoothly. After what happened today, I dont plan on going back.

Guy came to fix my dishwasher, spent 2 hours and gave up, told me he wasnt experienced with them but that they have a guy who is, said hed give me a call. Two days they never called. I called them, owner answered and seemed annoyed to answer the phone. He was rude and very short. Owner told me he knows how to fix dishwashers but that he doesnt leave his desk. Dont call these guys if you need your dishwasher..or anything fixed lol

This company stands behind their Their washers and dryers. I had a problem a few days after I got my washer and they were out the next day and guaranteed me 6 months warranty. Worth looking into

Needed a terminal block for the dryer and they had one for me in less than 5 minutes and were very friendly. Price was a little more than expected for a used part, but worth it over ordering online and waiting 2 or more days! Fast & friendly!

Went to buy a washer, they were rude and sold us one we did not want for an insane price. The washer broke. They said they would fix it per warranty. Three weeks later, and they still have our washer and are giving major run around to the point Im wondering if they have already fixed it and have resold it.

Stopped in about three weeks ago to get a quote for q refrigerator AND freezer. The gal said that the serviceman was not there, and had not gotten to look at it yet. She said that she would call us AS SOON AS he looked it over, and give us a price. I have not heard from them since.Having been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, I dislike very much poor customer service. This could have been a 5 all the way, and it may still change. Well have to see in the morning when I CALL THEM.

Bought fridge, needed repairs twice in 6 month. They bent over backwards to fix it and now has worked perfectly for couple years. My mother bought fridge from also, never a problem. Am looking to buy gas range, will buy from them.

TERRIBLE service, VERY rude and unprofessional. After being accosted by the female owner (husband/wife ownership) and the delivery man stating he could not take our old fridge because it had a small water line for the ice maker. My wife requested a full refund. The woman was extremely rude to my wife and stated she would not refund the delivery fees or sales tax. I went in with my wife to get the refund and the refund was only for the base price of the refrigerator and nothing else, no sales tax, no delivery fees. When we tried to debate this with her, she told us to get out of her store and never to come back! Arguing with her husband on the phone was no better, finally he budged, and agreed to pay us back the sales tax, but stated he would not refund the delivery fees, and also admitted that they didnt want to refund the sales tax because they didnt like us!TERRIBLE way to run a business. Even if you disagree with a customer, you do not accost them the way these people did. We were respectful with them the whole time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The lady at the front dest told us that the deliver guys will take our old washer when they delivered the newer one to the destination, but they told us that they will not take the washer, because it still had some water inside of it. They were completely rude.
