GREAT used car dealership. I am very satisfied with my purchase. After being to multiple Car Dealerships, Car Nation has simply been the best one‼️ They weren’t pushy by any means && there was no rush. They also are very polite.I was in there maybe a hour and a half and drove off in my new car. In which I am INLOVE with, I got it for a great deal as well.- I live a hour and twenty minutes away, it DEFINITELY was worth the drive over.Days later here I am getting my windows Tinted, all at the same place‼️Thank you guys, for just simply being the best.☺️

I called Carnation of Aberdeen because I found them on cargurus and talked to a female representative about a vehicle, came to the point of processing fees. The fee discussed was for 499, she said that by law thats what they have to charge and I said why us it that other dealerships charge maybe half of what you are offering she said because thats their dealership. The thing is by Maryland state law a dealer can not charge more than $500.00 as a processing fee or they also have the option to charge you Zero dollars for processing. It is one of the worse places to deal with when a rep is going to give you misinformed info. I cant imagine how many people are being ripped off by this dealership and to be blatantly lied to.if I could give a 0 that would be the perfect score for this dealership.

We had been searching for a car for several weeks and been to SO many places . The entire experience was annoying to say the least between dealerships false advertising to their poor customer service or lack of selection for what we needed. A friend recommended car nation and I am so glad we went there. Tim helped us immediately and did everything to make sure we left with a vehicle we actually wanted and needed for our family. He went out of his way to make sure we left with a car that same day and made the process quick and enjoyable. The entire process from the time we walked in the door until we left with our van was MAYBE an hour and a half. He really did do everything he could to help us meet all requirements and was super friendly and patient. Especially since we had our two year old toddler with us. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here to this location. You will not be disappointed and if you are I would truly be shocked because everyone was so friendly and eager to help. We were looking for a van and where other places didnt have many to choose from if any at all, car nation had several to choose from. Five stars from me and my family! Thank you car nation and thank you Tim for all your help and making sure we left with the vehicle we wanted and needed!

I had 3 cars serviced at car nation. My Audi Q7 had the wrong grade of oil installed and other work was done where they charged 100% more than what they quoted. My VW passat had the wrong grade of oil installed and charged 100% more than what was quoted for other service. My BMW 745Li had a power steering pump replaced and fluid drained but not replaced, the power steering reservoir was left empty. I was asked to bring it back to correct the issue and now have an additional $250 added to my bill! When asked about all of the increases Amir advised they can charge whatever they want and if you dont like it go down the street. I have read all of the fake replies from car nation advising unhappy customers to call them. They will never go above and beyond to make an unhappy customer happy. Stay far away from this establishment! I have paid over $3k in repairs and will pay the final $1250 today and the battery continues to die. All the issues that have supposed to been resolved have not been resolved. Apologizing for putting the wrong grade of oil in 2 different cars then telling me to bring it back doesnt help if you never have time to bring it back. I have asked multiple times when to bring it back and months have gone by and you never corrected your error. My BMW fell off the lift on 9/5 and also has a flat tire from sitting at your shop waiting to be serviced. Amir asked me to bring it back and against my better judgment I did thinking you operate on integrity. Instead of fixing the issue you scammed me for $250 more dollars and no repairs. I am not misinforming your customers you are. I am just giving my horrible experience with your establishment.***update*** you replied pay off my balance and pick up my car... I tried twice... its not ready... I even told them I will tow it although it was damaged at your shop... They insist on calling me when its ready. I have NEVER received a call from your establishment when work was complete or when you increase the quote... RIP OFF!!!

Two years ago I purchased my Edge at a really great price. Well below book value. Since my purchase I have had no problems with my SUV. The on site garage offers oil changes & basic maintenance needed to keep your car running great!Tim runs the Car Nation Aberdeen location. He is AWESOME! If you cant find the car you want,... hell find out for you!. Tim is extremely honest! A rare quality in a car dealership. He works his magic to get you the right price. I went to CarNation with no expectation of purchasing a vehicle at that time. I went in to see what the process would be like. I walked in, was greeted at the door and was asked what I was interested in. After explaining that I wasnt looking to purchase, the sales person remained courteous and showed me the lot. He asked a few typical finance questions then stated that I could go home in car If I chose to... Long story short, they put me in the perfect vehicle for me!! The entire process was stress free with absolutely no pressure to purchase. Now Im driving a beautiful car that I can AFFORD with no headache. And, They worked with me ( more like worked magic😆)

Very disappointed in my experience with CarNation. After a week of back and forth, we thought we had found the perfect second vehicle. Since I live almost 2 hours away, credit application was filled out and I tried to maintain constant contact with the store. (This was difficult enough as sometimes days would pass before I heard a response). Once credit application was received, documentation was sent for review and an appointment was set up for the weekend. After contacting the sales person in the manner she recommended (via text) we informed her we were running behind for our appointment as, again, we live almost 2 hours away-traffic is unpredictable. As to not inconvenience anyone, we tried to keep communication- due diligence! We were told not a problem. Upon arrival, we were not greeted in a friendly manner (or really at all), then told that they were actually closing but theyll go ahead a see us. (Closing 4 hours early, and made no intentions to inform us they would be doing so prior to our arrival). We waited about 10 minutes before seeing the finance advisor. We asked if any concessions would be made in our favor for down payment since they were offering a $250 down-payment program at the time, but were swiftly denied. Ok, annoying but whatever. At least pretend to play the bartering game. Then, when we were ready to proceed the finance advisor says we are moving forward with a completely different vehicle! One that had never, not once, been discussed with us. We were not informed of this until we tried to clarify the vehicle we were purchasing. The bank denied that one so were going with the Doge Caravan. Um, excuse me? WHAT? His reasoning was that the vehicle we had been discussing for over a week (and they had ample time to inform us knowing we live almost 2 hours away) had structural damage and the bank would not approve. CarNation was not aware of the damage and didnt find out until we were there to sign the paper work. Warning sign number one, KNOW what you are selling. They explained the bank has access to information we dont. This may be common in the car industry, I dont know, but its a huge red-flag to someone who has purchased 4+ vehicles in the past. Needless to say, we up and bolted after the piss-poor communication and feeling of being bait and switched. I never thought Id want to buy a minivan (as a second vehicle) but I found myself genuinely hurt to be treated this way as it was hard enough conceding to purchasing a van for my family. Times are tough, and although I wanted an SUV, I was willing to move forward on what I thought was a great deal and company willing to do what they could to help. This experience felt like my need for a vehicle to fit my family with very young children in was taken advantage of and I will never recommend CarNation to another soul.12/30/2020- edited in response to the owner- no, would not use you in the future. The communication was AWFUL and not only does the vehicle have structural damage-- from an accident-- it is ADVERSTISED AS HAVING NO ACCIDENTS. see posted picture. False advertisement is not a trait I would ever recommend.

The mechanic shop here is a joke. I got an inspection done on 2 vehicles, my trucks lug nuts were left loose, my cars battery was left unbolted, my wife had work papers disappear from her car, and a credit card showed up to the house in her name for the credit company that the shop advertises. Afterwords I was called by a third party and asked about how satisfied I was with the repairs to my truck. Theres definitely something shady going on there.

Should be 0 stars. Worst car buying experience Ive ever had. I dont even know where to begin. First off they sell me a car without the key fobs to even get into the vehicle with. Was a huge hassle having to break into my car because i was locked out. The vehicle they sold me obviously had electrical issues, which became apparent day 32 of the 30 day warranty. They were nice enough to misdiagnose the problem twice and only charge me the cost for the parts that didnt solve the issue of non start. Their service shop is clueless, as of today I have a $7,000 car Ive driven less than a thousand miles with almost a thousand in repairs. They dont stand by their work or their vehicles, and were incredible rude to me on the phone several times with Tim telling me you will never get nothing from us. They repeatedly reminded me how they made no money off the car, as far as Im concerned it was all profit for the piece of junk they sold me. Do not trust them.

I went to Carnation mid-December 2017 to purchase a Volkswagen CC for my daughter as a Christmas present. I was told that several persons were calling inquiring about the vehicle. That we should come down immediately. We came down on a Saturday, money ready to buy the car, and was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT WE FOUND. The car was sitting on the rear side of the lot towards the repair shop with a flat tire. No one had even came out to look at the car prior to our arrival. Yet TIM said a lot of people wanted this Volkswagen CC. They wanted us to drive the car over to the repair shop so they could put air in the tire. I refused because I wasn’t assuming liability for any injury caused to the car. Once we got air in the tire, we ATTEMPTED to do a test drive. We could NOT make it off the lot. The brakes were grinding and there was something wrong with the rear suspension.We immediately returned to the office and spoke with TIM about the car. He assured that he would have all of the repairs done to the car within a week. Days went by, with several telephone calls made to Tim with no guarantee of a delivery date. New Years Eve comes and goes and still no car. Mind you, I put the requested down money onto the car because TIM said that it would secure the vehicle from being sold to anyone else. More calls and more disappointing responses lead to a surprise visit to the car lot.Upon arrival the vehicle was still up on the lift in the garage without the repairs being completed anytime soon. So I went to TIM and asked for my down money back. He guaranteed a cash return to stop the delay on returning to my Amex card...but now he wants to play a game. Then it was suggested CASHAPP...and he agreed to do it.Bottom line, I’d never EVER go back to Carnation to purchase my enemy a vehicle. They lied to us just to get our money. The 2 weeks that it took for us to NOT HAVE A CAR, my daughter could have been enjoying her Christmas present. My referral is to STAY AWAY!!!!!I hope they are being investigated by someone for bad business practices. And if not, they should at least check their moral compass and understand that taking people’s money and NOT delivering the goods is never GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Carnation sucks in the used car business. Do not go there expecting to get the honest truth or great service.
