Great staff and friendly service.

Salesman was great. Vehicle lasted 2 days before the check engine light came on and now I’m looking at $438 to repair it. I know it’s a used vehicle but should have lasted longer than 2 days before money had to start being dumped into it. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer for this reason. Regretting my purchase and now worried I got a money pit to deal with. Dealer wouldn’t even negotiate on repair. Wished me luck and told me I should have bought $3000 warranty. Vehicles aren’t clean either even though they know you’re coming to look at it. Really wish we would have walked away. Not an honest dealer and doesn’t care about customers at all. Should have kept the tool they left behind in the engine and sold it to recover some of my repairs. Greedy!!

Very disappointed!I contacted the service department for a simple driver’s side broken mirror, they asked me to bring the de truck for an estimate. Upon arrival the person who had spoken with me at the phone was at lunch(understandable). I requested the other guy to take a look at the truck and tell the other person what it was needed but he refused and asked me to wait dor the other person to return from lunch.

Working with Pierson Ford was a satisfying experience. I purchased a used car from them. I reside in Northern California and they arranged to have the vehicle transported to me. The pricing on the vehicle was very reasonable. The followed through on every aspect of the purchase and wanted me to know that I was a valued customer.

Whitney was quite helpful for me in my search for a vehicle that is no longer manufactured. She had one advertised online. So I got in contact with her and from there it started, her excellent customer service. She answered questions, sent multiple pictures from my request. Since I was about a 1000 miles away her service was crucial, and she delivered! Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the vehicle due to my own opinions on it, doesnt mean you shouldnt. Give her a call, an email just have her assist you with your next vehicle purchase.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Their finance department is so messed up I swear they are putting money in their own pockets. We are over 3 months ahead on payments and for some reason have these ghost payments for no reason and Pierson Ford doesnt send monthly statements so I never know where I am at!! Ill always go through Ford credit, never through these idiots again!

All,I just wanted to comment on Pierson Ford. Namely, their service crew and nominate them for stellar performance. I recently had a persistent issue since birth with my late model car and after several discussions with my home dealer that bore no real result, decided to get Piersons perspective on the issue. I was greeted warmly, 30 min later a diagnosis detected the issue, parts ordered, car scheduled, repaired... and a bug it had SINCE NEW was eradicated! Kudos to Pierson Ford of Abby. Knowledgeable, Experienced. Honest. I most definitely recommend their service!!!

Decent to deal with. Got put with a very fresh salesman, and it wasnt just a walk in sale. So everything was over the phone, constantly going back and forth on the phone with him needing answers to my questions. They followed through on delivery for sioux falls from Aberdeen which was good. But, I was told the truck was detailed and clean. Wrong. Upon delivery, it looked as if the truck had just gone through 50 miles of gravel travel. Also discovered undisclosed damage to passenger side rear box side after rear wheel. Asked the salesman what was going to be done about this, hadnt signed any papers or handed over any money yet. He told me to send him pictures and he would get back to me. Took 2 weeks for him to tell me it was sold as is. Which thats fine, if I wouldve known about the damage prior to it being delivered, and telling me youre going to do something about it. I ended up spending $100 out of pocket at a third party to detail it, still didnt come close to fully cleaning the truck to what Id expect youd want to represent a professional appearance from a respected dealership.

Our purchase was extremely pleasant, the people we dealt with were very helpful, not pushy to purchase something, answered our questions and took care of what needed to be done. Very pleasant experience.
