Great people, quality of service has always been top notch. Trust there recommendations every time. I never get the robotic generic responses like; we noticed ... while we were ... we would recommend ... which will add on another $200-$700, putting you on the spot and leaving you with the choice to not do it and then a week later the front driver wheel comes off while on the highway doing 60 mph and its your wife and kids in the car or option 2 huh well there is no other scenario because once youve played that out in your mind even if its only a 0.0001% chance anything is really wrong its not a risk worth taking a chance on. So well you know how the rest of that goes and some how you leave feeling like you just got robbed while trying to make you feel like they are robbing you for a good reason so its ok. Then you question even if they actually fixed the original issue or anything for that matter. Ive never left Premier Auto feeling anything like that. Just great people who Ive trusted for a good 20+ years. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

Needed a tow and they were the only one that would come out in a storm.

So I broke down 24 miles south of town and travelling from Canada south to Oklahoma I was in a tough situation and I happened to run into the owner at the gas station I was at, he was more than happy to give me a tow here (after he was closed) then plugged my camper in gave me a vehicle to get breakfast in the morning and had my truck fixed and on the road first thing. I am so grateful for this business which is also fully family run and operated. Thanks again for treating me so well!!

I took my vehicle in for an air bag indicator light issue and it ended up that the air bags deployed while they were switching the part causing the original issue. Also, the biggest issue was also that when I brought my vehicle in it had auto start and when I picked it up it did not have auto start. After taking it to a Ford dealership to have the auto start looked at they said that it was not in the middle console where it should have been. Premiere had torn apart the middle console while trying to fix the air bag issue. I am having to pay to have a new auto start installed as Premiere would not claim any responsibility even though I brought it in with auto start and picked it up without.
