A wonderful store run by wonderful people! They had the perfect blend of inventory. Evenly split between comics, pokemon and magic cards, collectibles, funko pop, and more. Many shops have mostly one or 2 types of items and a very sparse collection of other things. This store has something for everyone. Our 3 year old was delighted with almost everything she came across. Found a few gifts for friends, and my wife even commented on some of the cool figurines. Even if comics arent your thing, I cannot recommend this store enough, go in and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Visited here when I went to see some friends in the area. Its a great place to visit. Polite and knowledgeable staff, huge selection of titles offered, I never felt talked down to when asking questions and finding what I wanted. Its a very pleasant experience overall. Ill have to visit again next time Im in the state of Washington

A local gem, you can’t go wrong with this comic book shop! The owner was really welcoming and friendly towards us and she helped our group find anything we needed. They’re celebrating four years of business thanks to running a very helpful, welcoming store with lots of variety. Loved their selection for tabletop gaming such as Dungeons in Dragons in particular, which they also have great deals on. They offer nice, clean tables to bring in your tabletop and card games to play with friends which was a really amazing experience for us to check out. Any questions we’ve had they haven’t hesitated to discuss or refer us to other amazing comic/gaming stores & resources to help us get started. Tectonic comics stood out to me as a great place for comic and gaming enthusiasts alike to meet and play or to expand their collections. From what I’ve heard they’re willing to go above and beyond to order a certain series, or make right a problem with your purchase. Don’t see how any avid reader or gamer could leave this store without something great or feeling unsatisfied, it’s a nice place to go. Definitely worth stopping in there’s a lot to choose from entertainment wise even some pre-owned movies at bargain prices. I’ll definitely be taking friends and family back here to browse or game anytime we’re free, thankful for the warm welcome from this store.

Husband and I love it here! Staff were very knowledgeable and kind. Prices are very reasonable for product compared to other game stores, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. One staff member even ran out and flagged us down to make sure we got back a binder we forgot in the store. Definitely now our favorite game store :)

What an outstanding place for all your comic needs

Jeff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for a small sale. We always buy dice on trips to the ocean, and our old favorite store shut down. Poor Jeff has the store packed up, ready to move. Still, he searches his boxes, finds the specific KIND of dice I wanted (D20s), and bring a selection OUT to me, all for a $5 sale. Its officially our new ocean dice store.

Amazingly friendly staff with a spectacular collection of cards, games and books. I like comics as much as anyone could, but they have some older books from my child hood like Dragonlance at amazing prices 2 or 3 dollars. Highly recommend checking them out before hitting up Amazon.

Great comic and games store with a lot of extra personality. Lots of used books and movies to poke through on top of a great selection of comics and games. Need to schedule a trip with a couple of hours so we can browse.

Okay so heres the deal with comic books and why I love them virtually every idea you have in movies comes from a comic book these are books that people put together of pictures and words that describe in great detail a sequence of events thats why movies love copying them because its so easy to copy but they can never do the comic book Justice because the comic book lets you add your own imagination without some actor ruining it I encourage everyone to let their children read these comic books with guidance and just really support these types of businesses because theyre incredibly important for cultural growthAs far as this business it is incredible the space used to display their product in such abundance and diversity shows that the people really put thought in the store so I give the store five stars definitely

This business is advertised online and at the store with an opening hours at 11 A.M on Saturdays. I arrived at 11 and waited for 15 minutes or so and the business was still closed with nobody in sight and the phones being left unanswered. Why post an advertised time if you cant honor it? Some people travel out of their way to attempt to give this store their business but this seems to be an issue others have had as well.

Great place to hang out and play games. Magic? Munchkin? DnD? All welcome. The owner is amazing and will order something for you if they dont have it.Update: I used to like this place, but more recently the owner has ran other businesses out of the mall. She makes people uncomfortable if they do not purchase anything. It does not feel like a good place to hang out anymore.

I cant say enough about tectonic comics.As a wannabe librarian I go a little crazy over the paperback selection but theres also music and movies.Thats just the side end of the store!the front is ALL THE GAMES and COMICS. As well as toys/figures/accessories and yea, I bought my daughters friend a frankenwienie movie poster there, what?But what I really love, is the way the employees remember when new stuff related to what I typically come looking for has come out, even if I havent been in in months, they are like psst! Did you know this was out? Or when they heard my kid was suddenly into spider gwen made it a point to let me know (out of her ear shot) that there IS a child friendly comic she could be getting IF we were interested ;)..Simultaneously they arent following me around pressuring me to buy what I maybe dont have money or time for at the moment.The atmosphere is casual and kid friendly, I usually go just to pick up a comic but always find other treasures and always leave excited about what I found!

They werent open when i went there at 1pm yesterday on July 28th. But on the website and on the sign said 12 noon. And no note saying Ill be back in 10 minute or lunch break.Update: went back and it was a nice store. I like how they have bunch of variety of cool things.

My kid absolutely loves this place. Its stuffed full of everything a kid would love. Toys, comics, collectors items, trading cards, books, movies, posters. Just tons of stuff. They are a little spendy but its a specialty item store so thats expected.

This is a literally a buried treasure as the store is located in the middle of the Shoppes at Riverside, which looks to be a fairly vacant mall that houses a few special interest stores.The store is filled with an eclectic variety of comics, magazines, anime and assorted games. The owner caters to a local clientele of games and has tables set up in the store for them.The comic selection may be limited as compared to store in larger metropolitan areas, but what is offered is great. The store is filled with other hard to find treasures that makes this a gem of a store.The owner is very friendly and offers exceptional customer service and is willing to help refer you to other stores if she does not have what you are looking for. I was able to find some very exclusive items that have been out of circulation for a while and paid a more than reasonable price.I cant say enough about how much this store deserves your patronage and support.😀
