I was pleased they are willing to work on modified Jeeps without complaining about the modifications. I had a noise coming from the drive shaft or axle and the first place said it had to be the modification causing the issue and they recommend replacement of the drive shaft. Adams took and look found the issue (not the drive shaft) fixed it and I was still under the first dealers quoted amount. Thanks so much and I will make sure to support you as I can Adams

I just bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler JL through Adams Jeep in Maryland. I live in New Jersey but I hate my local Jeep dealer in Cherry Hill so I went with Adams. If you want a Jeep, then this is a good place to go to! Every summer There is a Adams Jeep Jam! Hundreds of Jeeps come for this. Vendors on site, food, and things for the kids. Adams provides a small obstacle course, mud pit, and car crush. And ticket raffle prizes. A nice time to spend the day.Adams also plays host for a Toys For Tots every December. The group usually meets at the Aberdeen Walmart and convoy to Adams with police escort.Only reason for not 5 stars, the distance.

Lifted my 3rd Jeep (2013 Unlimited) and need a copy of the Invoice for another service by another company. Just Notice that Adams Jeep did not honor the written pricing for my AEV Wheels and Overcharged Me $80 despite having a conversation with service mgr. how it appears that they are not women jeep owner friendly with regard to pricing and service. Men get a different quotes and better deal if it is at all possible here. :/

Im a newbie jeep owner so I took my jeep here because I wanted someone who specifically specializes in jeeps. I wanted them to check it out and make sure it was in good shape since I purchased it used. They found that I had 2 recalls and some small issues with a gasket. With my jeep, I purchased an extended warranty so I thought the gasket issue would be covered. I was told after waiting over an hour that my warranty company refused to cover the cost. I declined to have Adams Jeep do the repair at that time and said I would reach out to where I purchased my jeep from to have the issue fixed. I also inquired about having new TPM sensors put on my aftermarket tires and was given an estimate of $660. I left and contacted my warranty company to not only cancel it but to ask why they wouldnt cover and was told that a claim had been opened and approved. There was no reason Adams couldnt have fixed issue except Im assuming the fee the warranty company was paying was not enough. Also the $660 for TPM sensors, I called Mr. TIRE and was given an estimate of $330....half the cost Adams was asking. I would never take my jeep back to them and highly discouraged anyone go there. You should be ashamed of yourselves for price gouging people who put their trust in you.

Great experience. After an ongoing and annoying issue with my navigation system caused by a software update, the Adams Jeep service personnel quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty system with a new one. Id come prepared to spend the morning and fearing more issues, but was out of there in no time. And as usual everyone I dealt with was professional and very courteous.

Small evap leak got the job done quickly had it back the next day. Definitely recommend A+ on communication as well as work done

My check engine light came on and they diagnosed it for free as they gave me a deal. Great bunch of folks there, very friendly and thorough. Adams is quite simply the best service department weve ever dealt with. Fair, reasonably priced and consistently good work. There are dozens (maybe hundreds) of repair and service garages closer to me, and at least 3 Jeep dealers, but we always stick with Adams. Purchased vehichle June 11th 2021. Signed a contract and gave $1100.00. After leaving with the vehichle and having it for a little over two weeks they called and said they couldnt verify cosigner employment. I contacted the bank and asked whats needed to be done they said theyd send an email which they never did after me calling them every day. Adams called me daily harassing me. I never received a written notice stating I was denied by global or adams. Finally Monday June 28th they called threatening me saying if the vehichle wasnt there they would call the police and report it stolen. I was on my way they called threatening me that i better have it there and if not theyd call the police. I waited and called attorney General Tuesday June 29th and a lawyer to see my rights. Adams called me again on Tuesday saying I better have it back by 1 or theyd call the police. I dropped it off at 115. They looked at the vehichle came back in said we are only refunding you $582 out of $1100.00.The bank not once ever said we were denied. The bank never sent an email to the cosigners employment to verify (mind you this was 2 weeks after I purchased the vehichle). People are allowed to take off work..or change jobs.i have texts from my cosigners boss saying he is waiting for the email from the bank, I got the run around multiple times because they had the wrong email, even though I called daily to make sure they had the correct one!! Regardless I return the vehicle being told I will receive my full deposit back to only receive $582.00. They charged me for miles and an inspection. It SPECIFICALLY states in adams jeep contract they must contact me by written notice within 4days if I am not approved. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. The contract also states that if the third party does not approve the loan the customer will receive FULL deposit back (not a partial deposit, not being charged for miles). Its there contract and they arent even abiding by it. I gave them $1,100.00 and only got $582.00. It says NOWHERE in there contract how many miles I can or cant use. They dropped the ball by letting MANY customers drive off the lot before 100% being approved. I know a few people who have been screwed here and had the same situation!!!! There is multiple employees that are rrude. Matt had me sit and I was speaking just for him to get up and walk away as Im speaking. JT was the most ignorant person and threatening person I have ever spoken to. Not to mention to be told they were going to call the cops to report the car stolen (the car was in my name, my insurance, my registration). I spoke with the cops and attorney General and they specifically said let them call the cops! I just want what was promised the rest of my deposit. In all of this I understand the bank couldnt get what they needed but that was per the cosigner. I cant control ANYONE else. But adams jeep still has to follow the there contract that they signed and they did not!!!!

Adams Jeep is over an hour away from my home. And yes, there are many dealers that are much closer than Adams. However, the level of quality and workmanship that I found my Adams is something that I, thus far, had not been able to find elsewhere. For whatever reason, Ive always had issues with other dealerships whenever I had my vehicle serviced (Jeep came back out with scratches, difficult service people, and/or specific service request not being fulfilled) that inevitably led to me losing faith and trust in the dealerships. However, Adams have not let me down. Everything that I ask them to do gets done, AND they perform the job beautifully. That quality is accompanied by a team of friendly staff, quick turn around time, and good communication through and through. Ive even had a rental car provided for one of my service and they provided me with a manual transmission car, as per my request!The most significant job that Ive gotten at Adams was the Mopar lift kit on my wrangler. The Jeep came out very nicely! I was so impressed that I went back to get a beefier steering stabilizer installed. I highly recommend their service department.

I made an appointment and arrived promptly. Was told it would take two hours, when I returned in two ours they said come back in an hour. Never did I get a call saying it was going to take longer then expected and they did not run into additional problems. Still an hour later and not done. Waited around for another 30 minutes. Then they tell me its still going to be another hour. So I leave and come back the next day.Not happy the the service and the people just didnt seem to care.

Great staff, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.This was the third dealership I visited searching for a manual transmission two-door jeep, yet the time I spent there was remarkably short. They skipped the games and offered me a great price for my trade and a great price on the new wrangler with the current incentives.The sales manager (Jeff Madden) worked from a desk right in the showroom. There was no disappearing to talk to the manager. Everything was open, upfront, and relaxed/friendly. None of the high pressure you typically experience from stereotypical salespeople.Keith knows Jeeps. He explained the basics and standard traits but also had insights that only a true Wrangler owner and aficionado would know.

Always false advertising their pricing. when you see one of their jeeps way below msrp dont believe it for a second. its clickbait. Funny thing is its usually the opposite. They add all these packages onto the jeeps to jack the price up to over 10k above msrp. If the msrp is 35k dont advertise the price on cars.com and autotrader as 31k and then say on your website that its actually 45k. this is litterally false advertisement and against FTC laws. Id buy from a sheehy dealer over them any day of the week... when they put a price thousands below msrp they actually stick to it.

Im always short on time and this was the quickest car purchase Ive ever experienced. I had 3 criteria and Keith zeroed in on just the right car. We took a test drive and signed the paperwork. Before I left, Keith Cook reviewed all the car features so I felt comfortable when I left the dealership. The financial paperwork took less that 10 minutes...best ever! John Loucks even took care of returning my rental that I had driven that morning. Hilariously deceptive advertising online. I expect extra costs and useless processing fees from dealerships, but this is the first location in my extensive search to feature a barefaced lie about the price.Their listed prices for some of their new models looked like an amazing discount off MSRP. I got excited that some Covid deals were finally happening as 2020 models were getting pushed off the lot. Yes, I know its a bit hopeful to expect ten thousand dollars or more off the price of a new vehicle, but the auto market has been wonky this year, for obvious reasons.However, read the fine print. This is not the price of the vehicle, but the up front cost for a 2-year, low-mileage *lease*. Im not sure who their customer base is supposed to be, but apparently not honest folk. If this is what theyre posting online, Id hate to see what goes on behind closed doors at their dealership. No need for a visit, theyve lost my business.

I received 1 free oil change when I bought my car and the mechanic couldnt do that right. No longer go to Adams for an oil change. I took my car back to Adams for a oil leak. Mechanic replaced oil pan gasket. This was covered under the drive train warranty. A little over a month later my car is leaking oil again. Once again mechanic replaced gasket seal. Anything free or covered under a warranty, mechanics do shabby work.

The whole experience was great buying a car there, from just stopping by to test drive one (which by the way I fell in love with the Grand Cherokee! ) to the salesman Marcus. He was very attentive and made the whole process of buying a new car quick and easy. I later brought the Jeep back to have a hitch installed and the service department was awesome! The workmanship was great and it looked like the hitch was there from the start. I really do like the family atmosphere of Adams Jeep!!

I was browsing for a future purchase and not intending to buy, but I couldnt beat the prices on their used vehicles. My salesman Aaron was great. He spent the better part of a day with me while I test drove different vehicles, and was cordial the entire time, even though he could probably have been making a lot more money on someone who was buying a new car. There was no pressure put on me and at no time did he try to steer me into something more expensive than what I was looking for, which actually made me want to do a deal with him. The dealership gave me a fair price for my trade, which was close to being on its last leg, so I was happy with that. I couldnt recommend them more!

I bought my son’s Jeep here this past year and had a good experience with the Sales team. I had the exact opposite experience with service. First the department demanded we pay ahead of time for parts (including a $15 speaker part). They were condescending and rude. After promising they’d call when all parts were in then they called us when one of 3 parts was in to ask us to drive the 45 minutes to come get it. When we again asked to be notified when all parts were in, the guy took our information again and called back a few days later. After all the back and forth, they fixed the back speaker which was not broken and left the speaker in the front completely broken. Horrible customer service. I won’t be using them in the future for our next Jeep or any service

Horrible Experience and Missing Parts.I visited this place to upgrade few parts on my JK. Including a newer soft top and rear heavy duty tire carrier and I’m still missing the rear break light carrier. I did ask for my old one and they didn’t find it, because they didn’t know where it was. The guy say: “I’m just the service guy” Not to mention that I was literally the first customer and the last.The service guy, say that he will call me the next day after he verify with the technician and –he did not. He didn’t ask for my information so I was anticipating this. I did feel like he doesn’t care about my problem or my concern about the missing parts.I really still want my old rear lights carrier back, since it was in a good condition. Also, the newer tire carrier should include a new one. They also didn’t give me my old Soft Top in the beginning. I did ask and they provide me with my old top. Which they make a big deal to just give it to me and one of the sales man ended helping me...I’m so disappointed and I hope to someone contact me to resolve this.

Rented from the Adams gave them all of my tax money to make right what we owed them they got away with ripping us off for the month of Feb took me to court and I was late never got to defend myself I finally got assistance to pay to them on second notice they filed they will rent to u just to put u out or tell u to go to shelter it took almost a year to fix what they destroyed in our lives anyone that rents from them better be prepared because I know that its about to happen again 2 more families and the same apts God sees and karma will do her job! Excellent Experience - if you want a Jeep go to AdamsI saw the Jeep Rubicon X I wanted, sent an email late on Friday night. On Saturday morning I got a quick response by email and then followed up by phone. Within an hour, I was all set. I got the vehicle I wanted at a very good price - I had been working with 4-5 other dealerships trying to find a Rubicon that I wanted at a fair price. Adams Jeep delivered. My wife and I drove up the hour it took to reach the dealership. We were greeted immediately and the Jeep was ready. We went on a quick test drive and while we were out our paperwork was prepared. We got back, signed the paperwork, and then got a quick overview of the features of the Rubicon before we left. It was a great experience.The other thing that I like about Adams is that Keith and Rich were both really knowledgeable. They only sell Jeeps and they do a lot of custom work. They know Jeeps. I love Adams and would recommend it to anyone who is on the market for a Jeep.
