I came into boost on a whim and I am so glad I did. I have been displeased with my service. Mark was so great. He helped me find the perfect phone and case. I just hope the service is just as good.

My husband and I visited this store yesterday to switch to a family plan and Mark took care of us. Even though the store was swamped at this time, he maintained his cool and did everything he could to make everyone feel welcomed.Mark took his time with each and every customer and also did so in a timely fashion. Manager is very rude to my mother every time she goes to make a payment. He has very little patience and reacts negatively, totally out of proportion to the situation. Threatened to call the police because she didnt hear him, thought he was talking to the other customers in the store.
