The walgeens in aberdeen maryland at beards hill road is the worst place to get yoir prescription. The drive through line is always backed up and the lines in the store are all the way up the isles.

This Walgreens used to be a great pharmacy. What happened?? There are several people behind the pharmacy counter filling prescriptions and answering the phones but the people waiting at the counter are ignored. The techs walk back and forth and dont even acknowledge you. I said, can I just ask a quick question and a guy behind the counter just put up his finger, as if to say wait a minute. This is not the first problem I encountered but it will definitely be the last.

Nightmare wait for my wife from the Patience First. Then we came back an hour later and it’s the script is still not ready and it’s not covered by our insurance and have to pay the cash price which was offer by Patience First for two dollars less, two hours earlier.

This was a good store about a year ago but seems to be having more and more customer service inconveniences.I recently tried calling pharmacy and have no problems waiting my turn. 39 minutes was the next caller to be answered and then hung up on.Called back, 15 minutes then the call was dropped ?? . Called attendant who connected me to the pharmacy, a girl answered saying well be right with you . On hold about 10 minutes, then the phone started ringing about 5 minutes. They picked up and hung up ?? I called Corporate Wal Greens. Very sorry that this store is having what seems to be personal problems. But this has been going on for a few months now and maybe its time they asked for helpI hope they can correct this problem soon and be a 5 star store again . Regards

I stopped at this Walgreens location to pick up photos I had ordered through Google Photos app. During this visit I was helped by 2 different employees that were both very friendly, wanting to help as much as possible. Unfortunately there was an issue with my photo order that these 2 young ladies could not fix for me at this time. While here I saw a sale for water, picked up a case of water and couple grocery items. Overall, a very pleasant visit to this Walgreens location.

Horrible pharmacy service and people. Was told three times my prescription would be ready. Show up the first time for them to give my wife 3 of 4 and not even tell her the 4th was out of stock. Called later that night to have them tell me they were filling it and I could pick it up the next day. Next day rolls around and I was told I couldnt get it until two days later. Two days later told that there was an issue with the insurance and I couldnt get it until the 15th. (It was the 15th). When I pointed out that it was the 15th and they lied about it being on hold because of insurance, they threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing because I was holding up the line. Surprisingly it only took 2 minutes to fill the prescription after fighting to have it filled.

Went to get my prescription filled took 4 days they finally said it was ready. my parent picked it up since im very ill, they gave him 2/3 prescriptions. my mom called to see why they didnt give all 3 the same day(the 3rd was the most important) they said oh we have it i dont know why it wasnt given to you its sitting right here. so i came to get it the next day they looked for 2 mins and said oh ive looked everywhere for 10 mins and cant find it ill have it tomorrow. my boyfriend then goes to get it the next day because i was at work they then tell him the truck didnt come to come back tomorrow. so i called today and first off the lady had an attitude answering the phone then they said it was never sent to that location it was sent to a completely different location. when i said no you guys have been ducking up for the last week they threatened to hang up on me. i have called corporate 2 times now on this location in the past week. also mentioning to everyone that my colon could perforate if i dont get this medication asap its not like a silly vitamin or anything its a serious issue, absolutely ridiculous and they need to re staff.

No one has a single ounce of urgency no matter how many people are in line.Always takes forever for meds to be filled and picked up inside or drive thru. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I waited over a month as they said they did not have enough of my medications. When I went in they said they were short staffed and couldn’t fill my rx ( mind you I have been waiting forever for them to get the meds) he said he felt bad and filled it for 11 of my 90 day supply. (I paid full copay) I called later and said I was only given 11 and I’m trying to get the rest of script. She said well we only have 70 and your insurance will fill again after that. I explained my insurance already paid for 90 and she said it’s ok they will pay to fill agin when you finish your meds. Then she had her nerve to write on the bag”next time call at least a week prior to fill”. It had been over a month of trying to get my meds. What happened to this pharmacy? They were so good before. Please restaff your pharmacy.

Terrible store. If you choose walgreens because its a national chain then go somewhere else. The staff at this location are terrible. First off they are entirely too slow. Second after standing in line for almost a half hour, I finally get up to window just to be told that they are going on lunch. They could of told me while standing there. Im serious you WILL have a bad experience at this location. I am writing a complaint to head quarters (which I never do)

Im leaving 2 stars for the Pharmacy based on their CS in regards to trying to fill a prescription for pain meds. They said they couldnt fill the prescription until next week, but suggested the market across the street might have it. I stated I have military insurance and its not with the market across the street. I suggested they should call other locations to see where orv could be filled. Their immediate response was, well it might take 15 to 20 minutes everyone is busy. I dont recall what I said after that but I was just incensed at how uncaring they were about this. A rep did find another Pharmacy that could fill it, hence why I left 2 star. Im pretty disgusted by this scenario.

Customer service is not a word one could use to describe Walgreens in Aberdeen. Second time today, got in line in the drive thru, number 5 or 6 in line. Both times no movement in the line for over 15 min. Ill try again tomorrow. Extremely poor management in the pharmacy.

RXs are never ready when they are supposed to be. Its such fun when Im expecting the total to be around $50 and when I get there Im told its almost $100. Not sure what is so hard about filling prescriptions and speaking nicely to a customer.

Pharmacy lacks attention to details when processing insurances. I often have to remind them of my secondary insurance as well as that my deductible has already been met.The retail store is better, the associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to the Patient First in the same parking lot (terrible place!) and they sent my prescriptions here. Nice staff and quick too. The pharmacist even told me the best way to give medicine to my toddler. It worked!

I enjoy shopping at this Walgreens ..The employees always make the experience feel personal ..They always greet you when you enter and everyone from the sales clerks to the pharmacy employees are very pleasant and super helpful .I always find great deals in this store and I really like the rewards program where I accumulate points/dollars for my shopping. I can always seem to find something purchase in this store .

Yeah. So....Ms. SANDY that you had at the register tonight Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 5:40pm....is lacking professionalism, courtesy, and tact. If there is ONE person in line with no customers behind them, is it truly necessary to open a new box of bags (it had appx 6 small bundles to be hung) and slowly hang the bags with not so much as a Excuse me for a moment, Im sorry, do you mind waiting, or Please allow me? This woman could have easily grabbed ONE bag, rung me up, THEN continued on with her little project. I thought it was extremely rude and impolite. She acted miserable and unconcerned while moving at a sloths speed. Not acceptable. Ill be heading to Rite Aid.

So me and others went to buy stuff here we bought 43 items and we went to a self check out and when we were done we noticed that for every fruit we bought it added 0.19 lb or 80 cents for every fruit and that can be a fraud because it stole about 15$ from us and what was worse was that when we tried to tell them they fixed it but refused to give us the money back we could have called the police but we didn’t want to so we just headed out.so the staff there are pretty entitled but not all of them be careful for this type of stuff.

Once again, I need to unfortunately leave a negative review for Walgreen’s at Beards Hill shopping center. Let me start by explaining that I ended my relationship with Walgreen’s about 6 months ago due to them ALWAYS forgetting to order my meds & never having them in stock. But there was a girl with a nasty attitude who really went out of her way to show you how negative she was. That was it for me, I was done. I went to CVS for a while, it was much farther though. Once I heard from Walgreen’s manager that the girl was no longer employed there, I decided to give them another shot.Big mistake - AGAIN. This is what they call insanity, correct? When you keep doing something over and over, expecting different results, but never get them lol. I called in a refill a week ahead of time for my seizure meds (I have epilepsy), this medication is extremely important to my health and my life. It controls my seizures (which without meds, my seizures continue over and over, without breaks, until I get medical intervention, can definitely be fatal!). When I called in my refill, I even spoke to a girl personally who said she they didn’t have the medication stocked so she had to place an order for it that day, and it would be ready for pick up the following day. Great! I went to pick it up 3 days later - allowing and extra day just in case. I get there to pick it up and I’m told “I’m sorry, we don’t have any in stock”. Ummmm, no....you didn’t have any stocked so you placed an order for it and it was supposed to be ready yesterday for pick up. “Well I’m sorry, something must’ve happened because it wasn’t ordered, sorry”. And guess what? NO OTHER PHARMACIES AROUND HAVE IT EITHER. It’s also a Saturday, so my dr office is closed. What am I supposed to do? I keep going through this with Walgreen’s. If you can spare yourself the hassle, choose a different pharmacy!!!!

Pharmacy really disappointed me today. Ive been getting my family of 6 prescriptions here for over 10 years now. Theres a young woman in the pharmacy dept with reddish color, long hair that she keeps in a ponytail. The last time I filled my script there, she seemed a bit judgemental towards me but I blew it off because I thought perhaps she was having a bad day and just took it out on me. But today, I went to drop off my new script and she told me I couldnt pick it up until the 11th, per my insurance. The Medication Im on is a known medication to treat addiction although it has other uses as well. I am an epileptic and can not take pain meds because they cause me to seize. So in order to control the pain Im in from a recent motorcycle accident, I am prescribed this medication. I spoke with my dr to find out why the insurance would have issue with my script, as I see him every 2 weeks and get a new script each time. They said they just changed us patients from biweekly appts to monthly appts so insurance just needs a prior auth from the dr and then it can be filled today, they are taking care of it. Ok, no problem right? The pharmacy then states that they have their own policy that they dont have to fill the script and they reserve the right to not fill it! Why the heck would they do that? Now after speaking with insurance company, they tell me Walgreens was wrong for what they did. Theyll be losing 6 customers as of today :)
