They stayed open a few minutes longer so we could get ice cream. The pumpkin cheesecake ice cream was recommended as the best flavor & I 100% agree! Great place & great employees!

Great milkshakes. Went there with my boyfriend, best friend, and her kids. We all got milk shakes and they were the best weve had in a while... too bad we wont be going back there again. This is our third or fourth time in a row that these guys have been total jerks. They wouldnt even tell us how much our bill was. Just put his hand out and said money and then when we asked how much they didnt response. We pulled out a 20 and he said yes, good. Thats not even including the horrendous looks and attitude of these guys in general. Crappy crappy service.

This place is horrible and their customer service is worse. We went through the drive-thru and ordered three layered sundaes and a milkshake. The milkshake was very watery. It was essentially milk with some cookie dough crumbs in it. Also, they didn’t give us any spoons. We pulled around and went in the store and they said that’s how milkshakes are suppose to be and refused to replace it. Then when we asked if we could at least have spoons they said no they already gave us spoons. If I could give zero stars I would.

If you close at 9 then you close at 9. We originally went to the drive thru an said it was closed mind you its before 9. We seen people walk in so we walked in an wanted to get icecream an she told us its closed because they are closing in 10mins....never heard of that in my life. I am a server myself an if you walk in a minute before we close I am still serving you with a smile on my face. Get a new job if you dont want to make a stupid icecream cone for my kid.

They have absolutely no customer service didnt even sayh hello.
