Good food and plenty of it. Our server was very positive, sweet and accommodating. Sadly we were only passing through Aberdeen so we cant come regularly, but will definitely be an option for future trips
Very local place with hommie feeling. Typical diner with counter seats, booths and tables n the middle. Typical decoration with portraits of Marilyn and Elvis on the wall, TV with cops show, just a very typical diner as you might think about diner.Food is good. Not excellent, but good. Especially coffee and home fries. And extremely friendly stuff.
Ive been there multiple times and they havent failed me yet. Its a true diner experience with varied menu and everything is delicious (Especially their crab cakes). This is the first 5-Star restaurant rating Ive issued!Mariah is the BEST! Ask to be seated in her section!
Breakast was really good. Sausage gravy on toast with home fries and scrambled eggs. Hubby got Special with French toast w fresh fruit.
We had the little opportunity to visit this diner since the Covid began.Their hours have been cut due to personnel shortage however food still comes out quickly served by people who cannot do enough even though they are worked.Prices are great for the food one receives.my wife and I always strive to eat in the best, nominal costing diners.Parking can be a little tight when theyre busy but its a trade off for good food and ambiance. This is home to many guests who repeat their visit every week-end.Not a bad place to go when you want to meet- up with family and friends .
Best staff Ive ever encountered and the food is awesome! We had liver & onions and a corned beef sandwich. Both were excellent.

Excellent-- Oh, sorry. EGGcellent omlets!!! Hashbrowns are pretty good, and toast is pretty hard to mess up, so that was good also! Definitely worth the visit. Very friendly staff!

I had made prior arrangements for a business meeting with some local folks who had never been to Aberdeen Diner. I can say that they should become regulars customers now.Matt was our host and had everything arranged. Having a great sense of humor didnt hurt either. Very enthusiastic and funny. Definitely broke the ice for all of us.Now, the food. Loved seeing typical diner food on the menu. Being a South Jersey girl, we know about diners......breakfast all day! Love it. I had the Philly Cheese Steak ( no cheese whizz thank you) with provolone and fried onions. It was GREAT! Not over done on the cheese so you could really taste the ribeye. Of course the roll is the final piece that makes the sandwich! Highly recommend it.Others had breakfast and coffee and a chicken cheese steak. Both were equally impressed.The prices are wonderful. They will not break the bank so tip your server well!Thank you Matt for being a great host. We will definitely visit again.

Best sausage gravy in the area and cheapest as well. Sweet tea was amazing. Scrapple was perfectly cooked, crispy exterior with soft interior. Prices for breakfast were very reasonable. Waitress was extremely friendly and very helpful. Would definitely go back. This was one of the best local restaurants (between Aberdeen and Havre de Grace).EDIT: just went there for the second time to take my daughter. The kids breakfast was a lot of food for 5 bucks. Such a great deal.

I absolutely loved this place! It had a 50s diner vibe to it and the staff was amazing! The food was greasy spoon diner food which was amazing! What really set this restaurant apart for me was I saw the owner actually walking around, talking to customers, and getting a feel for what the customers thought about the restaurants food. I highly recommend this place for breakfast if your in the Aberdeen area and want to get some good food for breakfast.

This is an old school diner which needs upgrading. The home fries were great and my breakfast sandwich was good but please get rid of the pasteurized cheese slices.

We were up that way for a baseball tournament and stop there for breakfast its an older place very clean and the food was awesome my eggs were perfect and my bacon was burnt the way I like it prices were reasonable and our waitress was very friendly actually everyone there was very friendly

I love coming to this diner!! Everyone is always so cheerful, nice and willing to help. The waitresses know some customers by name and I think the community they have built is beautiful. But hands down, the best thing about the diner is the food. It is always so fresh, delicious and amazing. I personally love the BLTs, but I would definitely recommend visiting and trying anything and everything on the menu.

Good morning Im not really sure what happened last time I got pick up from Aberdeen diner it was very good all the times before that since New Management has been very good something changed today I dont know what it is a place to order all the food was correct the eggs were over cooked the potatoes not sure what they tasted like it just wasnt the same I dont understandWent back today food was not good. service and food are on a downhill slide this will be the last time I dine at this establishment.... SAD DAY FOR ME... I USED TO LOVE FOOD AND SERVICE... Time to find a different spot

A diamond in the rough. In 10 years, Ive always been consistently served perfect eggs, whether over easy, medium, or scrambled. Staff is always courteous and genuinely appear to enjoy serving you. The Scrapple is always on point as well.Support a local diner, folks. Dont waste your time and health on those breakfast chains.
Ordered a philly cheesesteak sub with 3 over easy eggs for delivery. It was good and it was plenty more than I could eat.2 things tho, the menu doesnt specify that the cheesesteak has mushrooms, and they placed the hot hash browns into the polyester container which melted all the way through. It made a mess on the container below.

This is the place you need to go if you want some food. You know how places always say Whipped cream and just put a bit on top? This place is REALLY generous with that and their portions. Great Diner, when you just want real food made for you at the moment. Great service too!

Love this place. Friendly staff, great service I eat here every time Im in the area. I order all you can eat crabs and they keep them coming until I tell them to stop. As a bonus you get all you can eat fries.
Self-seating, thats the way a restaurant should be. The service is polite and the food delicious. Each waitress/waiter cared for every table, not only there own. Thats called Team-Work. Keep smiling, were almost there.

Great, quality breakfast cooked to order and not only is the quality of food at the top but they dont skimp on the quantity either. If you like over easy eggs with sourdough toast to mop, and creamed chipped beef over toast or biscuits then try this place! Classic old school diner with great food and the best sweet tea in Harford County.

We went to dinner there and we arrived ten minutes before closing. We started to leave but were told they would be happy to serve us. We were seated immediately and our drink order taken right away. My friend had hamburger steak with onions and gravy and said it was the best she ever had.I ordered a turkey club sandwich and I was surprised when it arrived. Real oven roasted, carved turkey!! It was absolutely delicious
Everyone was very friendly & helpful. The food was very good. We walked to it from the auto shop while our car was getting a front alignment.
