Brought an old Craftsman saw in to see if it could be brought to life. Service was not good, nobody smiled, and no masks were worn. I was told they couldnt get parts if they were needed. I told them I just wanted it to run if it could. 2 or 3 days to find out?, I asked. Quickly told it would be more.About a month later with no word yet. I called to check. Sitting in back with note on it telling of need for a carburetor. Lady on phone(she was friendly) told me they cant get parts. Thanks. I was already made aware of that.Nobody bothered to give me a call.Too bad they thought I wasnt worth their time.

After a bit of a rough start with communication Jared was able to help me out and they did a great job of servicing my saw.

Dropped 3 chains off to be sharpened 5/24. I was told they would be ready in 2 days. I return 6/1 in the afternoon to find they hadnt had time to get to them. This after I waited in line for 15 minutes while it took 3 guys in the shop to wait on one customer. I am finding this occurring more and more lately. I try to support local businesses but have decided to do my buying in Centralia or Chehalis.

Service desk was busy but, one of the staff offer assistance. It was nice.

I hate to give a bad review. Used to love this place! Ive spent many thousands of $ here, but last week I came in to buy a saw (and pick up sharp chains) and got totally ignored. I stood, then walked around for 10 minutes while he chatted with some teenage boys (sons?) and studiously ignored a paying customer. Lady up front seemed apologetic. Doubt I will be back.

The staff is always really helpful and they have the product selection I need. Safety gear, clothing, Stihll, Honda and all of the smaller items I usually forget. Shopping here is a great way to support local business and support great people!
