Just got finished redoing our bathroom and decided we needed a new mattress. Went in this Saturday morning spoke with Joe. Joe was great. Very knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy at all. They have a large selection and a mattress picking machine you lay on for a few minutes and it gives you mattress recommendations based on your body and proffered sleeping position.

My wife and I went to this location to start our search for a new bed. When we arrived, we were greeted by Joe who asked us what brought us in. He asked a couple of questions and then introduced us to the bedMATCH. After receiving the results, Joe introduced us to the different types of beds that they had which matched my results. I could NOT be happier with my recent purchase. Joe was amazing!!! He knew exactly what he was talking about and answered all of our questions and directed us to the perfect mattress. There was a little discrepancy on delivery our contract gave us the date 1/21/19 but after not receiving a time frame the night before we called and spoke to Jim and he let us know that was an error that the warehouse corrected without contacting us. They changed the delivery to 1/23/19 but I had several appointments that date so we settled on 1/25/19 BUT within 20 minutes I was able to clear my schedule for the 23rd and immediately called Jim back and asked if it was possible to stick with the 23rd, he said yes. But no call the night before and a call to the store today showed he never changed the date. Now I understand human error which is why I wasn’t upset with the original delivery date but this is now getting past the point. I passed on a different mattress because the new mattress is needed ASAP so the longer this has taken the worse it’s getting. As I said I am still happy with my original review but am frustrated with this part of the purchase.

Great experience. Came in expecting a normal sales pitch but Mike gave us good treatment. Using their smart bed type tech Mike pointed us to several selections and we were able to make a good choice. When the bed arrives and we can use it for a bit we can post an update.

Joe greeted me when I entered the Aberdeen store. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He did the bed study and recommended the beds that met my expectations. He was patient and gave me the time and space to make my selection. I would buy another bed from Joe.

Was told the frame would be free but looking later at my receipt, I was charged. Was told a 3 hour delivery window. Half way into waiting, I called and was told I was the next stop, delivery persons were on their way. 1.5 hours later, they still did not arrive. I had provided a map view marking the location and had waited in the parking lot. I called to ensure the directions and address were understood and was told not to worry. The sales person had talked my ear off and was full of reassurances but service was terrible and he did not keep to promises. No communication until I called them. No apology, just excuses and finger pointing between their workers. Had to go back to the store to cancel my order and had to argue with the person when he said I had to give him my original receipt. Apparently he wanted to leave me with no records. Despite charging me immediately for my order to my credit card, I was told 1-2 weeks for refund to show up on my card for an item I never got, which was not even a custom order. So it was now on me to ensure this was done.

We would like to thank Joe for all his assistance in finding new mattresses. He was the only salesperson in the store on a holiday and easily managed all of the customers who came into the store. No one walked away without being helped. Great salesperson!
