Its a store of treasures if you look hard enough for them. I love the store. The staff are friendly, helpful and hard working. The quality of the products and the prices are awesome! If you visit you will come back for more deals.

Chaos and mostly junk. Great concept but sad delivery.

Sold us 1 thing at one price so we went back to get another. The next person basically called us a liar and tried to charge us 50% more for the exact same thing other than that its a great store.

Yikes! It is dirt cheap but not all dirt cheap prices, the store is a complete disaster and it is pretty nasty, theres more things broken in there than not broken. Some prices are amazing but most are not good. Its cheaper just to go to a pawn shop somewhere in town. I most likely will not be coming back. The place is basically looking like a Ross and a Dollar general put together and if it also has covid along with the flu. It is bad.

Eh?? This was one my favorite places to shop before covid hit. I finally went back today for the first time and it’s surprising how far downhill this place has gone. It’s sad to see it in its current state!

I used to love Dirt Cheap but it seams here lately the person doing the prices is getting it way wrong . Most of the time I look up the item and its cheaper at the original store cheaper with a warranty. And most managers DONT take care of the stores like they should.

The store looked like a tornado has gone through it.I have found some bargains since the store opened...but it is so disorganized that it is not worth the time that would be spent trying to find anything.

I’ve been to other Dirt Cheap locations, and this one is not as cheap. But it’s a little better organized and clean. It’s a new store (opened Aug 9th I think) so items probably won’t be super-duper marked down for a little while. Still some good deals to be found if you have time to look

When they first opened it was nice they even had employees. Now walking thru the store I dont even want to touch anything. Nothing is even close to organized and more stuff than not is either broke or missing a part.

I love some of the deals that I find at this place! I honestly dont want to tell you about them because I want them all for myself... Lol. I have found shoes and Im talking really cute shoes for as low as $2. These were boots! And a really cute pair of high heels also $2. I also got a round hair brush for $0.27 today. There is some digging involved in very large bins and if you do find electronics that you like they do not accept returns so make sure to plug it in at the back to make sure it works. This is what I did with my $12 awesome coffee maker that I got there a while back. It is still Brewing like a champ! I could go on and on about all of the things that I have bought at the store and the Amazing Savings however Ill just let you find out for yourself. Happy shopping my friends!

Love the prices for what you can find. Thats what the five stars are for, but this store is so very disorganized. It can make a persons anxiety go off the charts.

I LOVE THIS STORE CANT LIE.I just hate they dont stand by their signs they have numbers so I always take picture cause its ALWAYS DIFFERENT at front.Today went said 50% off but was only marking 40% off I think thats false advertisment.Starting saying something about words or something but its a lie to me need to stand by numbers THEY HAVE THEM POSTED..has great deals but a sign is a sign stand by IT!!

Super bargain prices. Items are truly the bottom of that bargain bin however. Found a paper shredder that still had someones shredding half shredded pages stuck in the teeth of the shredder. Items are strewn all over shelves in no particular order. You may find that awesome toy but the long lost remote control may forever stay so. They do have a test table set up at the front of the store to try before you buy. You may also find that Polar pack cooler for $0.40 like I did! And the kids science experiment kit for $25 that is normally $60. Be prepared to dig through bins and shelves full of disorganized items but a bargain hunters dream. You have to work a little to find your prize(s)

The inventory was plentiful in most departments and prices are low. Unfortunately, the merchandise is difficult to shop. It is necessary to go through each item of clothing to find sizes, some departments are cluttered, others are empty. Finding prices can be a challenge; especially in the bin items.If you have enough curiosity and patience, however, it is possible to find some very nice bargains.

Its a mess hard to find an employee to help. No batteries on power tools. A lot of the things are broken. Has rude employees.

Was super excited to find this place, because of all the deals I heard they have. Items for homes are super expensive so I thought this place was the answer. WRONG!! The store itself is an absolute MESS!!! Stuff is in no way organized, it’s dirty, and customer service is non existent! The only time you see an employee is at check out. However, I put my hesitation about shopping here aside for the great prices. Well I have paid a greater price for a lesson learned. I bought a fan for $130 which I was so excited about because I had seen the same one full retail for close to $300. The box was sealed and in good shape so I thought it was fine. I told myself I better get it now before it’s gone, even though I didn’t need it right away. After the purchase I took the fan home and set it aside, but held on to the receipt, you know, “just in case”. Today a few weeks later we opened the sealed box for the fan to install it, and it is completely unusable, broken, busted and cracked. I immediately called Dirt Cheap about the broken fan they sold me only to find out returns must be made within 24 hours of purchase! So basically too bad, sorry about your luck. I take responsibility for not reading up on the policy beforehand and now realize why they have such an unfriendly return policy to begin with. They know the items they sale are more than likely unusable and would be bombarded with returns constantly if they had a typical 30 day return policy. I will never shop this store again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that wants quality products for a reasonable price or anyone that just wants to shop some place clean and organized for that matter. The savings you think you are getting is really just money you are wasting because they treat their products like they treat their store...like TRASH.

The store was clean and well maintained there were plenty of items on the shelf. Of course if you are looking for a particular product you kinda have to just look for it I think its just the nature of the type of store it is. Prices are very good for what got video games and shoes 80% off. Clothes, furniture, and small appliances also half off they even have small refrigerators. Customer service was great to.

Seriously disorganized, everything was a mess. I couldnt find anything and when I did ask for assistance, I was just waved in a direction.

Prices are incredibly low but do ask to inspect items as they may be previously used, broken or missing pieces and or instructions but i havent had any bad products yet and at these prices ill keep going back. Most items are non refundable so if its an electronics item do ask to take it out of the box and fire it up

I will not be going back until the pandemic is over these people are living on a completely different planet from everyone else just left the place and half of the people in there were not wearing masks at all 1/3 were wearing them improperly and half of the workers werent even wearing them it is a state mandate get it together

Sometimes you can get lucky and find an amazing deal. They do have an app that you can use to check the price before you go to the register, which is useful. Great selection of kids clothing, most of it is from Target. You can test out electronics before you buy them which is nice. It isnt very organized, messy, and instances of empty packages, but that reflects on the type of people that go there. You really have to search to find a good deal.

I love this place. Just like the name, stuff is dirt cheap. You do have to spend time and look through everything, but its worth it in the long run. I found a name brand wool peacoat for ONE DOLLAR last winter. Today I got two pairs of jeans for me and a pair of Gap pants for my son all for $6.50. Great deals.

Really decent selection for a thrift store. Anything from baby items, to shoes and clothing for men and women. Electronics, bathroom and even some car accessories.

Some people find good deals but I didnt find any...I ended up paying $32 for a pair of pants! To each there own! The customer service was amazing though!

Fun place to shop

Everything is a mess hard to find anything. The boxes you can buy are ripped up and you have to put together there if you want to be sure its what your looking for, and to make sure all the pieces are there. Its a hassle.

Take this store for what it is. They receive items that are going out of style, surpluses/the last few items left, open boxes that the stores regulations will not let the original store resell and liquidations. The prices for clothes are always changing, they keep the original price tag from the manufacture of the store and add their special tag as well, depending on the day you can find great prices for clothes, so you have to make sure you look at the letter on THEIR tag that matches the price on their board. or they have an app that you can download to find out, some things are not priced and when you use the app it doesn’t tell you, so we just take it up to the front and ask. We have found some amazing deals and great things there and honestly go there frequently. Is it unorganized, yes, is it cluttered, yes, can you not find some things in the chaos, yes. But it’s not a horrible place, baggers can’t be choosers. we have NEVERRRRRR had a rude employee there. Sometimes lazy or not in a rush to help. But no one has ever been rude and they have always been helpful. YES, toys and other things are sometimes open, yes, sometimes things are missing, but they do have an area where you can test anything out and open to make sure that everything is in there because there are no returns. So it’s not like they let you buy it then so oh well. You can every chance to make sure your item that you want is working and in tact. Also, things aren’t the greatest in there, you have to research and make sure that you are getting something good for the price they have it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh well to each their own. They have my business.

Its a lot of digging and you have yo be in there for at least an hour. But they had a ton of cool stuff! Make sure you get the Deal Finder app, its red with a cartoon chicken on it, because the price on the item is not the price you pay. If your like to know what your going to pay before getting to the checkout. Scan the code on the price tag and it will give you your price. Happy findings!!

The quality of items has went down over the past year. They are selling one handled wheelbarrows for $70 and are pricing items well over retail even after discount. Pack of underwear is $38 before discount and after discount it is $1 more than Target.

I love this place. I get a bunch of cool stuff here for actually dirt cheap!! I got an instant pot for $28 and an air fryer for $20!! All my t-shirts i wear to work i pay between $1-$8! I find a comforter I wanted at bed bath and beyond for $24 versus the $150 regular price.

Great store and even though they have outrageous prices it is not the actual cost. Real deals at a great price.

What a strange store. It is entirely full of random items that did not sell well or were returned elsewhere. There were a ton of homeschool books for almost every grade, though, which was cool.

Look past the mess. There are many bargains to be had. There is also a lot that should probably just go in the dumpster.The bargains you do find can be fantastic. Use your sense and be a smart consumer.

Store cluttered and most prices not showing appropriate discounts. Had a nice swivel chair, cloth, in front foyer, bad stains on it, and was discounted to $180. OMG, better off going to Salvation Army. They would not accept a cash offer, so be it.

Employees are rude, and prices things at highest prices. Got a hat off a shelf that said 3 dollars a piece but since it did not have a tag she priced it at 5 dollars and when I had told her she had got angry. She had told me she was not going to change. Then jackets are very over priced. I could buy brand new jackets at the same price or cheaper. After what had happened I will no longer shop there. This is not including the many broken items that are highly priced.

Looks like the good will and the shelves arent neat like someone scattered stuff around. I opened the microwave there and it looks used. The microwave looked like there was some food splattered and there was no box to it. Looks like used clothing and stuff doesnt even look. Packages if diapers opened and they do have some named brand stuff but they are dirty or looked used. Everything there looks used. I have been in a good will and a salvation army (thrift store) and there clothes and stuff looks way better. I wouldnt buy anything here if my life depended on it. Waste of my time and gas driving to the other side of town. I rather spend more money buying clothes at a target or the mall.

If youre in a treasure/deal hunting mood, this store is definitely the place for you! Lots of neat items at great prices. Be sure to check your items in store for holes, etc bc its non-refundable.

This store is not very organized but if you look you can get some real deals. I bought a regular priced motorcycle helmet ($69.00) when I got to the register it was $9.98! You can test the electronics and I suggest you do that. I bought a lot of Christmas lights for cheap! But I tested every set before buying them. Another bargain was cereal. $4.00 reg. price only .99¢ and it was fresh.
