Ordering was so easy, and they were really, really nice! Our fire pit came in, in the time frame they told us, not a day later. It was $10 cheaper than the MSRP we found online, we thought it would be more, so we were very happy with the pricing as well. We can’t wait to use it!

First time at Back Yard Living. Had seen their products installed and wanted to see those and additional items. Sales people very helpful and spoke with salesperson who handled job we had seen.

Great store, if you are into pellet cooking and smoking, they are basically the only place in New England that sells Cookin Pellets. Right now all they have are the premium blend, but they are planning on selling the entire line of Cookin Pellets. I cant wait, no more having to order through Amazon for more money.

I just spend over 3k over there place,.Brian was the sales person...very poor communication .,no patience at all,just dont waist your time and money going in there.,Im just not happy with my product ...hooe someone read this before plain to spend a good amount money in there place.. 👎👎

Purchased all my patio needs here and this year While working on fixing something I chipped a paver. Went here and to my surprise the pavers were discontinued, I was desperate to find at least one to replace a chipped one. The staff Was amazing to me. They were able to find 4 from somewhere else and had them ready for me by the end of the week. They are top notch in my opinion and will highly recommend them!
