These guys are fantastic! I got into an accident with my new Audi and International Collision did a fantastic job! Not only was the body work done correctly but they had my car finished when they said that they would! My car looks good as new! I highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a quality job!

Had them repair some damage from a deer collision last year, which included replacing the drivers door. Work looked great, was done on time. Over a year later the door release cable broke. Took it back, they diagnosed on the spot, ordered a part, and had it fixed the next week. Really great service!!!! Hopefully I wont have to use them again! :-)

Staff were extremely nice and helpful! Made a rough situation so much better. My two year old LOVED riding in the tow truck. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but if I did, I would. Thanks folks!

This is a review long overdue. I bumped my car into the garage door frame when I backed out in 2016. The entire front bumper needed to be replaced. After shopping around, I came to International Collision Center. Jason is a great guy to work with. He contacted the insurance company and really made everything easy for me. Although it took a while to get the necessary parts because the car model was too new at the time, the whole process was generally hassle-free. The car looked great when I got it and their charge was very reasonable.A couple of weeks after, the cover of the front door handle fell off somehow. I did not pay much attention and put it off until the annual check-up last year. People at the car dealership told me they would not repair it. So I went back to the Collision Center last month, not sure if they were willing to do it after such a long while. It turned out they not only fixed it in a very short period of time, but also fixed it for free. Jason remains to be that awesome guy you can possibly find! I would highly recommend him to anyone who looks for a body shop!

I got towed here after blowing a tire and everyone was absolutely more than helpful towards me even though they were clearly busy with customers.

This place wanted to charge more than double for a surface level scratch and paint!! They were very professional and you would think you were getting the right deal but I went to another well known body shop and their estimate was $1,000 less!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

I brought my car to get an estimate on a collision repair last Thursday morning. I was told they would be making an estimate for my insurance company and ordering parts for the repair and service that afternoon. Today its Monday and prior to dropping it off for repair, I called my insurance company to check on the claim. They informed me that International Collision Center hasnt yet submitted an estimate to them or ordered any parts for my vehicle. Im already underwhelmed and will be taking my car to a different autobody shop.

I want to take a moment and compliment you and your team for the diligent work done in my behalf to make my car as “good as new”. This was an eye opening experience and from the first minutes on site after the accident, your calm, thoughtful demeanor helped me deal with the shock of the damage to my relatively new car. I was so impressed, first with you and then with Larry in the way you helped me through the experience. I am a relatively unshakable character and have spent years in the media, traveling the world from war zone to war zone. Although I won’t compare my fender bender with real calamity, it was personally very disappointing. Both of you took the time to talk me off the ledge.I want to also compliment Larry on his support of me during the process. Parts delays have made this a bit of a nightmare and Larry has had my back at every turn. With weeks turning to months, Larry kept a dialogue going. I especially appreciated the pictures he sent me, once the external damages were repaired. It was uplifting. And very appreciated.One doesn’t expect to find such kind, caring, compassionate men at a collision/auto body shop. You guys are classy and your demeanor has rewritten my expectations of folks in your trade. I’m sorry I had the accident but I am glad I met both of you. You engender trust. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate your efforts on my behalf.It would have been just as easy for you to get the insurance money and do the work but you guys did more….you made me feel cared about for....that I was important to you...that this was more that a transaction. You were rebuilding my broken car with your hands….my damaged confidence with your kind words and actions.Although I hope not to ever use your services again, I will tell everyone I know about the quality work you do and the thoughtful concern and service you provide to customers.

I would not recommend this place at all. Had to get towed by these guys after a car accident because they were the closest around. Long story short, I have custom, out of state police plates on my car. When I get to the junk yard that it was towed to & ask for my plates the junk yard employee tells me the tow truck driver only gave him ONE plate. On top of that, he has no idea at all why a towing company would take off the plates in the first place. So it’s not very hard to connect the dots here, probably took the plates as some sort of souvenir. Called the office directly and they weren’t helpful at all and took no responsibility. These guys are SHADY. Never again.

Used them a couple of times, one through insurance, another directly to repair my Forester, both times they were great - good work, reasonable prices, cant complain.

My 2000 Volvo was involved in an accident. My insurance company recommended a body shop under their Care policy. In a nutshell thebody shop said car could not be repaired because they could not get the parts. Car too old. I had it towed to International Collision Center. It wentfrom hopeless to whats the problem? They not only fixed it but it looks better than the day I bought it!! Thank you, Jay.

WOW! My car looks like it is brand new! My little Kia Soul suffered some damage after being hit along the whole right side. International Collision did an amazing job! It has never looked better! IT is like having a new car. They even detailed the inside! Hoping not to need them again, but if I do, or anyone I know does, we highly recommend! We will go back!

Never seen a more shady company in my life. Thank you Acton police for teaming up with this company. Women do not go here and men never let your girlfriend or wife deal with them alone. They will absolutely lie through their teeth about pricing. Absolute scum bags that run this place. Must be nice to get all the tows from the town police. Of course the cops in this town are just as crooked as this company is.

International Collision did a FABULOUS, meticulous job on our 98 Camry. What arrived at their shop was nearly a heap. Hit sharply from behind, the rear passenger tire had blown out instantly from the impact, and the rear bumper was badly damaged. The force of the rear collision (a hit-and-run, curse the driver) jolted the car forward into a high curb, damaging the front bumper, passenger side panel, lamp assemblies, and front passenger-side wheel and strut. The front passenger-side tire was shredded. We were frankly worried that the car, formerly in good shape and with low miles, would be totaled.What we got back was nothing short of a marvel. Not only were new parts pristine and perfectly aligned with existing ones, but all manner of dings and scratches that had been on the car for years were simply *erased* — as if by magic. International Collision also cleaned and polished the entire outside of the car, as well as detailed on the inside. Our Camry has seriously never looked this good, inside or out, for 15 years.But theres more to the story than simply getting a great-looking car back. For one thing, the car was, in fact, seriously close to being totaled. But International Collision knew our wishes, and worked hard to source high-quality parts (both new and refurbished) that fit the car as well as our goals. Its as much a testament to the shops excellence that we got our car back at all, let alone looking so great. Weve dealt with other shops in the past, and thought they did a decent job. But the attention to detail and craftsmanship that International Collision showed was quite frankly in a higher league altogether.After driving the car for a while, my wife noticed that it was pulling to the right when the steering wheel was ostensibly straight. We called International Collision, who dealt with the issue immediately and effectively.We are thrilled with the work that International Collision did, as well as the care they took in doing it. Everyone we spoke with was personable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We frankly cannot recommend them more.

Ive been here twice in the past year for repair work on my 2016 Camry. Both times the service was prompt and the employees friendly, and they included an excellent interior and exterior car cleaning/detail.

No one likes getting into a car accident. Its a pain to contact the insurance company and schedule the adjustor and not have your car while everything gets taken care of. If you do get into an accident, I cant recommend a better place than International Collision Center to fix your car and take care of as many of the hassles as they can. Theyre professional, courteous, and they do what they say theyll do. They do the job right and guarantee their work. I hope not to get into another accident - but if I do, I know where Ill go to get my car fixed.
