Terrible service if you need to ship an international package. I strongly suggest you go somewhere they know what they are doing. The staff at this store clearly doesn’t and are not ready to take responsibility for it.

Exceptional service at the UPS store in Acton. Youll get in and out of here quickly because the owners/staff are so efficient and professional. Their packing prowess is impressive. And they are always kind and helpful; on more than one occasion Ive gone in late in the day and theyve always managed to get the package on the last UPS pick-up. Top-notch.

Super friendly owners, helpful and professional. The entire process was painless, which I cant say about all shipping. Receiver happy too with how well things were packed. It was a bunch of hockey equipment, so no easy task!

Couldnt be happier with their service! Every time I walk in here they are enthusiastic and super helpful. In addition to using their PO box service, I have made photocopies, sent items, pre-printed UPS labels and dropped off (Amazon returns, etc.), and made reports (they have all that binding stuff). The team of Steve, Carrie and Ian are awesome!

I was moving from Acton, MA to Dallas Texas and couldnt ship my computer, monitor, TV and 3 months supply of medications in the moving pod, they wouldnt have made it. So I went to the UPS shop to ship them. I wish I could remember their names, a tall good looking man and a lovely blond, slender woman, they were wonderful. I had packed the medications but en route something leaked on the box, they swung into action and repackaged them for me. The packaged up everything else, I arrived in Dallas the next day and 2 days later so did my TV, and everything else they had so carefully packed. Thank you thank you thank you!

The new owners of this branch have improved it 100%! They are always knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help, which is a welcome change from the previous owners. And the store itself is now clean, light-filled, and well organized. Give them a try!

This store is so good that if UPS bought out this plaza and built 6 UPS stores on this plaza, this would still be The Best store on this plaza

This UPS Store is owned by new management and is now awesome! The old owner was just terrible and I would drive miles to another store just to avoid dealing with him. But those days are gone Folks! The new management could not be more helpful and friendly. If you have avoided this store because of past experiences, try it now. I guarantee youll have a different experience. Now mailing my packages is no longer a chore. In, out and done.

I actually look forward to going here - the new owners are friendly, happy to help, and always give you the best deal. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: They are under new ownership and the staff and owner are now a breath of fresh air. Great staff and always a pleasure to stop in.The manager (older man) is a nightmare. Ive been to this location a ton of times and every time I have witnessed him be rude to other customers including my wife and I. Dont expect any level of good customer service from him. I now go 20 mins out of my way to deal with a much better staff at the UPS store in Sudbury.

We recently used the UPS Acton Store for marketing communication materials for a national food Expo. Not only was the UPS Store print high quality and cost effective, but it was overseen by the UPS Store Acton Manager Steve and his wife Carrie personally handled the job. The UPS Store in Acton (on Powdermill Rd near the Concord border) has always been our go to resource for shipping important business packages (and recycling eco shipping peanuts) but this is the first time we used them for printing services.We were able to upload our file to the web (from our Midwest office) for best quality to print in Acton. Not only were the copies highly professional but the price was less - even before a discount was applied. Another plus, the UPS store often offers local or online discounts for copying and do not charge a rush or upcharge fee if (and when) you need the job turned around quickly :)-The UPS store is a hidden gem resource for small and medium metrowest Boston businesses & organizations! We were surprised that the UPS Store in Acton is actually supporting local - its local and family owned /operated. Will definitely be using the UPS store for future business needs.
