Been a customer since 1988. Great service, good prices, trained mechanics and a family atmosphere.

We have been coming here for over 20 years. They have figured out difficult problems by swapping out computer modules in the car. Recently we had them look at our air conditioning and recharge it on our Prius. They have worked on for our family, a Ford Bronco, Pontiac Sunfire, to a Toyota Highlander, Prius, and Chevy Bolt. They dont make up work for you, like dealers sometimes do. They fix what needs to be fixed.

I was there last week. The staff is friendly, but what really stood out was the owner. It was ridiculously cold, I started the pump and walked inside to make a purchase. When I returned to my car, the man filling up on the opposite side of me was putting the pump back and closing my gas cap. He said politely You looked cold and like you wouldnt want to smell like gas. (I was Dressed up for an important meeting) He then told me he was the owner and that they appreciated my business. I was shocked at how nice this was. People are not that polite anymore and he was correct on both accounts! :) I will always return to this location and the very polite, considerate owner made my day just a bit better. Thank you!

I am not very knowledgeable about cars so I always get nervous going to get my oil change and car fixed. However everyone here made me feel really comfortable! Very friendly crew that informed me thoroughly. Went in for an oil change, to get my tires repaired, and a brake check. They did it all quickly.

I grew up in Addison and loved going back to the childhood places. Very different new building but still a memory.

Krages will always inspect and advise, they only replace what is needed not what they want to make money on, honesty is one of their highest characteristics.

Best place for auto repair,

They dont call to give you quotes on how much work will cost! $700-$800 bill went up to $1300 without giving me a different quote. If I could give them a 0 star I would.
