The store is clean, well stocked and organized. The staff was around and asked if I needed help but didn’t seem too cheerful. As far as sales goes, I came in and got exactly what I needed and left. Other stores talk me in to a few extras but there was no mention of any cool-great must-have products.

I ordered French tips online to be delivered to my house on the 3rd day after delivery I get an email telling me my order is canceled thats it. So I reach out to find out why and i am told they dont have any French tips in stock yet i check their website and they show in stock for French manicure tips. The exact ones i ordered and was paying almost double to have shipped priority. I will never buy from this company ever again. How do you take orders cancel them yet still have the product on your site without it saying out of stock or unable to.buy at this time like normal online places do.

We bought 2 boxes of product recently. When I called to find out about a refund, the girl told me they are no longer accepting returns. I asked why not. She said they got an email from corporate saying so. I asked as of when. She said today. So I asked her if that means Im basically out of $40 and she just said yeah, sorry. I dont understand how that policy can apply to products purchased before the policy became effective. I wont shop here again.

8/19/12 the manager today is AMAZING, SHE always helps my mom and grandmother. Give this woman a car, a raise because she deserves it. If only i could remember her name ughh but yes i love her

I appreciate the discounted items with my card. Sometimes the staff are too busy to offer any kind words. And other times they are very helpful.

I would have given this place a ZERO, but they want at least one star. I went TODAY to the store in Addison for 2 items dye and peroxide. The clerk was finishing with a customer and after awhile finally discovered she has a CUSTOMER! Me! I told her that I wanted to know which of the dyes would cover grey. She said, Well, it looks like you are looking at the Clairol and the ion, so you are in the right area. The phone rang and she ran to get it! She was gone a long time, and I though she would be right back...WRONG. She came right back to the aisle where I was, WALKED PAST ME and began READING THE LABEL of the product to the person on the phone... 3 FEET AWAY FROM ME! I was totally MORTIFIED! She kept talking to the person on the phone! After what seemed like forever I interrupted her phone call and told her I am a PAYING CUSTOMER in her store and want to check out NOW. She looked incredulously at me. and looked like a deer in the headlights... she couldnt understand why I would be upset standing there with 2 items ready to give her CASH standing in front of her and why I would be upset that she was on the phone and couldnt tell the person 20 minutes ago that she had a CUSTOMER IN THE STORE and could the caller call back in 5 minutes....or so. OR...Heres a CLUE...let me pay for the 2 THINGS I got WITHOUT HER HELP AFTER I ASKED FOR HER HELP AND WAS IGNORED! She could have SET THE PHONE DOWN and let me check out!This woman has NO BUSINESS in RETAIL! NONE!

I dislike this Sallys. The staff always seem extremely underwhelmed. Theres no smiles or upbeat attitudes. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products and can help a layperson with whatever their needs are, but Id like to see a smile or two when Im there. The store is usually pretty messy with inventory thrown into piles as if its waiting to be shelved, but the employees are never working on shelving it. Youll be able to find what you need and get help with it here, but dont expect service with a smile!

My wife and I love going to the location on Beltline in Addison because the clerks really know there products and customers.

It was a great place they had everything I needed when others didnt. Great place but far.

I really love this store . the staff is really nice and helpful . i decided to buy a hair color from the amazon or ebay after the awful experiace in plano sally but when i saw the staff in this place i changed my mind .she was really nice you cant belive me, she helpt me alotttttt

All consumers this is a heads up Sallys Beauty Supply is not honoring their return policy if you buy expensive equipment and it has a defect they will not replace it they have a new non return policy for all electronic equipment
