BAIT and SWITCH!Theyve gotten better at their bait and switch tactics. Someone contacts you and says they want to buy your car for $27k, except theyre out of town on vacation. His best friend though happens to own a dealership and will buy it for him and will pay him back later.You drive 35 minutes to the dealership and on the test drive they look at the odometer and say they made a mistake and thought it had 20k miles less on it and offer you less.Normally they have plausible deniability, but the owner literally outed himself and said that his friend is actually his car finder who find him cars and he is buying the car for the dealership to resell.Attached is my Cayman S they attempted to buy.

Came to AutoPark Dallas on a spur of a moment thing. I saw a Maserati on their website and inquired about it. I was contacted by Jay ASAP. Made an appointment and was on my way to Dallas. Once I arrived I was greeted by Jay and he took me right to the car. Checked the car out and test drove it now I’m going out the door with the car I inquired about. Jay and Jeremy are both great. My first internet car purchase. Beautiful 2008 Infiniti G37 with only 10k miles! Jay created a driver point of view video of the car before my purchase and a pre-delivery video after I bought it. Super relaxed sales experience, one of my best car buying experiences ever. The car was 2000 miles away so I did not go inspect it in person and relied on the dealership to provide photos and videos. The paperwork was simple, no hidden fees, no pressure to purchase gimmicks, and the car was delivered within a week. Mechanically the car is perfect and cosmetically most areas were better then I expected. Not one door ding, no chips in the glass, and no scratches on the front spoiler! We had an excellent experience. Jay was very helpful. As we were driving the car home we noticed an issue we did not notice on the test drive. We returned and they repaired it without questions. It was a new clutch!! They really are an honest group.

Guess it depends how bad you need a car if you should shop here or not. I was casually browsing for a second car and saw one I liked here, but the way Jay handled things ultimately caused me to look elsewhere. Sub par followup skills, very condescending attitude and no drive to make a sale or persuade me that this was the car for me caused me to leave. Rules are rules to him apparently!

GREAT SALES REP, GREAT CAR, GREAT PLACEI have to say that Jay is the easiest guy to work with. I came in knowing the car I wanted and wanted to see it in person and drive it. Jay got quick copy of my DL and away I went for test drive with no pressure. Car drove great, felt really solid, but I also was clear that I still had another car to look at somewhere else. Jay still continued to go above and beyond when must reps would have just figured it was a dead sale. I left that day and went to test that one other car and it just wasnt in as good of a condition for the money as this one at AutoPark Dallas. So I called Jay back and said that I would like to have the car dropped off at a shop of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. I figured I was going to get all the kick back in the world, but NOPE to my surprise Jay jumped right on it and had the car dropped off that same day and left the car for pretty much an entire day because the shop was very busy. If you do buy from here buy an extended warranty. No service shop so they outsource and when that shop makes a mistake they have no responsibility. I was told by the manager that the tires were at 90%. Had to replace almost immediately and when I took it to the tire shop they told me the tires on the car weren’t even the right size. I recently bought a Mustang from AutoPark Dallas and had it shipped to me in Chicago. The experience was great, start to finish. I found the car online and knew right away that it was the best match for my needs - nationwide! GT, 2010, stick, convertible - and at the right price. Jay and the team were helpful and cooperative, allowing me to have it inspected at a mechanic of my choice prior to purchase. When the inspection turned up some issues with the rack and pinion steering and front sway bars, again Jay and Nick were great, agreeing to purchase new parts and have them shipped to me. They arranged for shipping to Chicago at a lower price than I could find online. The car arrived and has been everything I wanted in my new stang! Super experience. I heartily recommend their business and service.

Very impressed with the dealership and its personnel. I was leery at first dealing with an independent auto dealer however I looked at their inventory and learned quickly that they dont carry junk. Everything they have is top-notch and, obviously, well cared for. Same thing on the 2004 Hummer H2 we drove from Oklahoma City to look at. Very well taken care of. Ive never purchased a car from a dealer before that didnt fill the tank on delivery. They do have a great inventory of high end cards though. They could work on customer appreciation!

Great Dealership, Great Cars, and Great People.

If you are thinking of purchasing online from this company think again. I ordered a used mustang and it has been a disaster ever since. The car came in and no more than 15 minutes down the road all the indicator lights in the car came on like they had just been reset but the problems not fixed. Not only that but the driver seat would not move backwards. Thank goodness I am a very short lady but even still my knees were in the dash. After reaching out to my sales agent I didnt hear anything back, until I posted a review on their web page. Fast forward a month and I still have a jacked up seat and gear shifter. And the only way I was told they would Fix it would be if I signed a paper saying they will send the parts if and only if I dont post a review. Needless to say Ill take the hit if it means other people wont go through the same thing I did!! Then they wanted me sign papers stating I wouldnt post another bad review my lawyer told me not to sign them. Not to mention in the paper the stated me nor my associates to slander them in any way before they even attempt to fix the problem which is illegal to sign for a 3rd party. They are more worried the review then fixing the problem at hand. Now that this second review has been posted they have been harassing me all day to take it down! I will not be blackmailed and threatened to taking this down I hope it helps someone else before they waste their money and time trying to get a vehicle from them also if it has to be shipped it wont take the 1 to 5 days to ship I will take a week and a half before they pick it up even to be sent out if I could put 0 stars I would ! They still want me to sign their settlement paper! It wont let me attach the documents they are hassling me into signing!! The messages with me telling them about the lights I cant post either also the seat was told to them that it was broken as soon as I got in the car. Also about the settlement statement they told me its common when they have a bad review how many more people did they scare into removing their reviews sounds like it a common problem for them! Do not want to get the ball rolling with this dealership ever again I want you to leave me alone as previously stated ima take the hit and fix my own just want others to know what they are dealing with, with autopark dallas and nick! Also as is it should have been disclosed the seat was broken and that all the lights would pop on after you drove 5 mins down the road then there wouldnt be a problem in the first place or even if they would have stayed in contact with me and not have blamed it on snow storm which I was going through also but my phone still worked and no one responded til first review was posted! Really wish it would let post texts and the settlement agreement ! I posted all pics on Facebook and funny how the reviews or posts from others is blocked on their Facebook page!

Just purchased a car from out of state through Sales rep Jay. He explained everything we needed to purchase a car and have it shipped with as little hassle as possible. He made himself available to our third party inspector for a same day turn around. He emailed documents, that I then overnighted. He also found a fair rate to ship to us. Car should be loaded and on its way to us as soon as he has my signed papers. Jays communication with me was superb even though I was not in his face. Would definitely recommend.

We recently purchased a truck from them. For a high end dealership they didnt do anything to the truck besides washing it.The brakes, rotors were shot, the alignment was off, this we found out on our way home, a 10 hr trip. Lesson learned, next time will stay local instead of going so far and then driving a truck that on the highway feels like the brakes are going to give out.

Went in to look at some cars for my son and the whole experience was very easy. No salesy push to buy anything. We test drove a few cars and I decided to trade in my car as well- which they gave me a very good, fair value for. The whole process from starting with Jay and then Nick and finishing with finance with Jeremy was easy. They gave me reassurance that I could come to them with any issues. We love the car and would return next time were looking for one.

The most important part of our exchange was that 4 days after we bought our new (used) car, it had a problem. I called Jose, and they picked it up and fixed it - no questions asked. Jay Goldman really knocked it out of the park for me here. Any questions or concerns I had he saw to with maximum effort. he made sure I was satisfied with my car and even took care of shipping. He took a video of the whole car and even took it for a drive so I could see how well it drove, these guys get it, so you can to.
