I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Then asked if I needed help. I knew what I needed so just headed back. There are a certain type of sales tags that are difficult to find but this location had plenty!Next I walked over to look at office chairs as I’m in the market for one. I couldn’t find anyone in the back of the store to answer my question nor were there any chairs like I’m looking for.The store was nice and clean. All of the items were stocked. No empty shelves. Overall a nice store.

Ive been a customer of Staples since forever. However, this particular store exemplifies quality customer service by far. I purchase small items - calendar refills, pens, paperclips, etc., and it was suggested opening a rewards account which I did. While I dont have a mass amount of points, Im watching them grow slowly.I wasnt aware of other services I could take advantage of: UPS shipping, printing, copies which were a great help as your store is convenient to my home and was one-stop shopping. I received a flier with a coupon for free shredding. I was thrilled! I had several bags of confidential paperwork wouldve paid a 3rd party by the pound or waited for a shred event which wasnt happening any time soon. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady in the copy area who went out of her way to assist me, not only with the process, but with that strange machine called a printer/copier and the shipping process. She was the only employee manning that department at the time and, although busy, took control and managed to keep the line moving quickly.While Im always treated extremely well while entering the store and asked if theres anything I can be helped with during my visit, theres a particular employee who stands out. I was recommended by Lenovo to contact Staples who is an authorized repair dealer to assist with an issue I was having with my PC. Trevor spent time with me over the phone and recommended coming in for a specific wire. Upon visiting, he not only found the wire, but price-matched to the website, saving me $10.00. My receipt also included an additional $10.00 coupon towards my next purchase of $20.00.With another issue this past weekend (and the opportunity to purchase much-needed items with my $10 coupon), Trevor provided me the name of a 5-Star local repair company who would be able to assist better. His honesty went a long way; many companies could have attempted a fix which would have destroyed my computer, causing great damage.Thank you, Trevor and the Addison, TX staff for making each of my visits pleasant. With many other options for my office supplies in the Dallas area, you always make me feel like your only customer. Good job!

I called around to several office stores to see who could transfer files from a CD to a thumb drive and the Staples in Addison was the only one nearby that could do it. The woman in the Print and Copy department knew exactly how to do it and she checked to make sure it copied over successfully. Great customer service and a great price!

Decent Staples location that normally isnt too busy at any given time. But they must do a decent business because Ive had issues multiple times when items are out of stock and it take a them forever to restock. There are some things, like the staples brand by set a in certain sizes and basic colors, that I swear have been out of stock since the school rush back in August. The staff is friendly and helpful. Im always greeted when I walk in and tend to be asked by multiple people during a trip if I need any help.

Zero stars Bad customer service. The print department lady had the audacity to tell me I have an attitude because she couldn’t hear me over my mask or is it a race issue? I told the manager and he did nothing. Do they just hire anyone here?

This is the best staples in DFW. They always exceed my expectations. I have to throw huge props to Stephanie and the print department for always going above and beyond to deliver projects that exceed my expectations and always in a timely manner no matter how busy the store is.

First of all Id like to start out thanking God like I do it every time that I start out let everyone know how blessed we are on this Earth One More Day amen. My experience at Staples yesterday I had a very wonderful day yesterday because of I didnt let the devil steal my joy. Its not easy on this Earth dealing with all the things that we deal with each and every day but we got to be strong and not give up but anyway I was at Staples yesterday and I had a wonderful time with her young lady that I was talking with I guess you can say I was at the right place at the right time she made my shopping experience wonderful to me. Is young lady that I was talking with you yesterday at Staples she had a very sweet spirit and I also her attitude was sweet to me and she had a sweetest smile on her face that you cannot not be satisfied with her she did everything that I needed her to do for me she helped me to get all of that I needed at Staples how can you go wrong and Staples they have the prices so cheap is unbelievable sometime special round when the little dumpling got to go back to school they so precious with the little Uniforms on well I get a kick out of it cuz I just love kids I always have love kids they are blessing to us. Hopefully someone else understand where Im coming from that is one of my gift from God I always have work with kids. But let me tell you about the prices on the spirals $0.10 now what you think about that that is the cheapest spiral prices I have ever ever ran across. Yesterday when I was shopping at Staples I was thinking I was shopping for myself it felt like I was going back to school I want to add somebody then it dont matter who ever want to have a little fun for a minute back in the days yall remember the Crayolas that used to have the most fat big old crayons I was thinking about them yesterday I just start giggling it just made me smile I thought about back in the days the days aint what it is now. I think those fake Crayolas was the kindergarten some like that right. So as I was saying about Staples you cant go wrong shopping for school supplies in any other office supplies and other things that you might need. Im glad that Im able to help you all since we are some bargain shoppers and I mean bargain shoppers I go to different store for different things and I come up you cant go wrong by saving money. So what Im saying is if you need school supplies for the kiddos staple is where you need to be today or when you can get up two Staples. To all the hard workers at Staples off of Beltline and Midway Road I am so happy to have met some really awesome people that work for this company keep doing the wonderful work that yall do to satisfied customers like myself and dont mind speaking up for yall and letting others know how your store is doing as a worker. The prices is good the service is good the atmosphere is good customer service is good you cannot go wrong at Staples shopping for your needs. I went there to purchase a new computer and printer. I had everything picked out but needed an employee to get my products. I couldn’t find an employee on the sales floor so I went to the cashier and asked for help in computers. She said she would help in a minute. I waited and waited and waited some more. I then saw she was just Standing there talking to another employee and never did get anyone to come and help me. Highly, highly disappointing considering I can go to 100 other places to purchase a computer and printer.

I will NEVER shop Staples again! I went for their services to cut 2 sheets of paper a 1/2 on all 4 sizes of the paper.....they wanted to charge $3.00 per side - total $12.00 for all 4 sides!!!!!! I asked to speak with the manger thinking this new person was on a learning curve and hoped she was incorrect, the manager said yes this is the price. So for $24.00 - 2 sheets of paper that was highway robbery!!!!! I left and went to Office Depo......they only charged me $1.27 for both sheets. Staples is a rip-off!!!!

If I could give this store no stars I would. Been waiting at the copy center for assistance since the store opened. I had asked for help to make copies and the cashier said someone would come to help. The guy who could was there but just looked at us and 10 mins after waiting I asked for help again. However when the guy came to the area he just walked past me and started giving assistance to a young lady who had just walked up. At this point this Staples will never have me as a customer again because of the way you treat people. Thanks for nothing.

Stay away!!! The manager Steve cant hold his word. I placed an order online and was not able to pick it up by the deadline which was on Wednesday. I called the store a day before the deadline expired and was assured by their general manager Steve that if I came in on Friday the same week all will be good. Well it was not good and Steve could not make any accommodations. Staples cancelled my order that Friday morning and would not honor the price for the product I paid online. Steve later started changing his story every time I talked to him. I would say avoid this store for sure and if possible avoid this company all together. They just waste peoples time. They have 0 integrity and -1 customer service. There are better options out there.

As most corporations now days the inventory was sparse in places. And it showed. I needed ink pens. They didnt stock the pens, Piolet G2 blue ink, only black ink. So I tried a different brand. Not what I expect from a healthy store.The staff was friendly and kept me from using the option of never returning.

I placed an order for basic black and white document printing earlier today. I had it set for pickup by 5pm,and I received a confirmation email saying that I would get another email or call indicating when the order was ready. By 7:30 I hadnt heard anything, so I hopped online to check the hours. Google said they closed at 9pm,so I put my kids to bed and drive over. Turns out they close at 8pm,and now I cant get anyone to even confirm that the store actually printed anything. Very irritating. They should have either called to say the order was ready or gotten in touch to say there was a delay. Now Im left without my sheet music I needed to rehearse with,and Ill have to take time out of *another* day to handle something that should have been handled today.

Clean, well stocked Staples. Asked and received help finding an item. The sales person seemed knowledgeable and helped us find a more reasonably priced version. Good experience.

Piss poor customer service. If your going to sell Square Trade Protection Plans then you need to be upfront with your consumers. The fact that I purchased a printer and within 35 day it fails and I can not exchange the item for a new one. (I thought that is what we paid for in the Protection plan). I will be taking my business else where for my office supply needs.

Went for copies. Too expensive. Had to pay extra to get them done while I waited. Even the discounted price for leaving them is too high. Clerk overcharged me when I told him a set pay limit. Clerk was rude about overcharging me. He dropped the price down to what I told him I would spend but he had an attitude about it. A price a customer is willing to pay should INCLUDE TAX. Clerk shouldnt mumble the price youre supposed to pay and then give attitude in front of other customers when you inform them that you had a set limit. I will never go back to Staples.

This store is the best one among the staple stores, but not without Lauren. I appreciate her being organized, patient, hardworking and so nice with the customers

Bought a phone case online, staples shipped two and since they’re were calling about it but return labels weren’t coming through so I took to the store. 1st person pulled up & saw it had been returned. He asked his supervisor “Teryon” he came over banged on the keyboard a few times & remarked “there is nothing I can do”, you’ll have to call customer service. I replied they were calling me asking if I’d already sent in. “Well there is nothing i can do”. Even the employee commented outside “he didn’t even try!”.

Have always had what I needed so far. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.

This has to be the best location of staples in the country! I had put in order in online for wedding thank you notes and staples somehow lost them in the process so when I called to see if my thank you notes were done they said that I would have to reorder them. I called customer service and they were NO help. They just let telling me Id have to reorder and theres no way they could move my order up even though I had put it in three days before. So I called back to my local staples and Jesse James saved the day! I told him about the hullabaloo and he felt bad that customer service did nothing so he manually put my order through so I could get my thank you notes out! He was an absolute jem Ill be trusting him specially with all my future orders

Worst place for printing and school supplies. I wasn’t told I’d be charge for waiting for my printing to be done! That’s ridiculous Andy where else you go they just print what you give them right then. Wasn’t told about any prices. It’s outrageous and over priced all around cheaper and better customer service at Office Depot even Kinkos! Never again I’d ever go to Walmart over staples ever again.

The Office Depot in my area has closed, leaving only Staples for my office needs. What a difference. The store was dirty. Five assistants lingered near the front door trying to look busy while one disheveled sales girl slowly worked a line of 6 customers waiting to check out. There was no attempt by managers to expedite the line or see if customers needed help. What a disappointment.

Worst Staples location Ive ever been to. The merchandise is all over the place and everything is mixed up so you have no idea where anything is or how much it costs. Its like they dont clean or stock the shelves. After I finally found what I needed I went to check out only to have to wait in line behind a Staples employee buying a bag of candy on his shift with pennies (Im not even kidding). He thought it was hilarious to pay in small change of course. I, having to wait behind an employee of the store for 5 minutes, didnt. Find another location and save yourself the trouble.

I came in to print 10 photos that I had on my flashdrive. The lady at the printing center had no clue how to print photos. I cannot believe I have been here for 30 minutes and she still has 6 costumers waiting. They will probably be here for another 1 hour. I will not be coming back to this place. It is absolutely horrible. Also because the employee has an attitude and just sits there looking at the screen eating candy.

Terrible customer service! Im sitting in the empty parking lot after waiting in line to print 2 pages from an email. Two workers talked to one another for 5 minutes without even acknowledging that I was in line. No-one sec well be right with you, sorry for the wait-nothing. For a service center-they failed!

I went to go return a few things and didnt have the receipt. The assistant manager - completely humiliated me saying none of the items were theirs. I said Im SUREEE I only bought those things at this staples. After I requested for him to scan he items to see if they pop up - GUESSS WHAT! The item rung up and all the items WERE theirs! Then without speaking he walkied another employee and was like have you ever ever seen a... (Whatever the name of the item was, that I was returning!) how ridiculous. Have me store credit and didnt even greet me bye and walked away right after handing me the store credit. I packed my purse and turned around and told him to have a great night and left. HORRIBLE service! Absolutely disgusting from such a corporate store. Im very disappointed. I only shop at this staples since its closer to my work.

Worst place for printing documents, I been there more than three times to print 1 or 2 pages and it took almost 45 minutes to get them. Kelvin (the guy that help me) is veeeeeery slow and seems he does not like his job. I will never be back to give them another chance. Please do not go if you have less than 40 minutes to print 2 pages.
