Nice store. The young lady working was just pretty rude, had no customer service skills at all pretty much talking on the phone instead of trying to help my friend and I. Family business they just gotta talk to her when it comes to customer service.

Lots of options for braiding hair and supplies. They are open when no other black beauty supply store is open. Customer service needs improvement. The young lady at the counter was on her cell phone and barely answered the questions I had about the products. I felt like I was bothering her at work.

Store is small but packed with all types of goodies... and lots of unique organic products. The customer service is always great. I travel to shop at this little jewel.

First time coming in there two men running the shop I was completely ignored they had no idea what I was looking for and on top of that had no advice at all. Anything packaged up you cant actually see it it was pretty much just buy at your own risk because you cant return it either this was the most uncomfortable experience Ive ever had going to a beauty supply and Im not going back there when I mention it would be more comfortable with women to help they said that women are only there between 10 and 3 which is stupid cuz then that should be the only hours they are open. those men are completely unhelpful my opinion no one should go there unless you know exactly what youre going for and you dont need any help whatsoever

Amazing Beauty supply with top quality hair at affordable prices staff is amazing as well . What makes this tour stand out over all of the others is a comfy family feel vibe you get from the owners Im able to send my husband in here when I am unable to go myself and they totally help him out and get him the products I need.

Expensive. Poorly stocked and the girl is always on break. Ive went on three separate occasions during open hours and it was closed with a sign saying be back in 10 minutes and its never 10 minutes.

Customer service is always great. No funky attitudes like the owner and workers at majestic beauty supply on 7th street..and they always help with what you need. If they dont have something they even offer to see about ordering it for you personally. They also have 2 locations now wich is amazing and super helpful!Conversation is always great and as a licensed stylist i was able to put my business cards up with no problem after showing my cosmo license. Love this beauty supply! 😍
