My family and I love this place! Its our Cold Stones of Adelanto, lol. I love the flavors! If you go, you must try the Jamoca Almond or the Oreo Cookies and Cream! They have real Oreos and large cookie pieces. My children like all the different cones. Its a nice Summer treat 😊.

I can not recommend this ice cream shop. If they want to service all types of customers, then the restroom should be open. Especially for customers who require special accommodations or for those of us with small children. How is one to wash their hands before eating or handling food? Grocery stores have restrooms open, as do other places that serve food.It is unfortunate this business does not care about being humane.

I love ice cream...but we couldnt get a brownie sundae or strawberry ice cream both were out! On a Friday night! But staff were friendly and we still got ice cream!

Basking-Robbins ice cream has always made a banana royal the best. There ice cream cakes are the best birthday cakes ever. You can have one made any way imaginable. The people are friendly and helpful with your ice cream dreams. I would recommend to anyone that likes ice cream to try it here.

Ordered an ice cream cake 3 days before the day of my daughters birthday. Their online notice says to order at least 36 hrs before. So I ordered the cake with plenty of time. My pick up hour was at 11:00am When the store opens. I was driving up at 11:40am to pick up my cake when I get a call Saying my cake won’t be ready until 1-2 hrs. I called at 1:48 (2hr later) to see if my cake was ready. They said I can come pick it up in an hr. Didn’t end up picking up the cake until 3:20pm. For a small $40 cake that was not ready when needed And for the girls being rude about it as well this establishment get a 1 Star from me. Going somewhere els with my money.

Ice cream was good five stars for sure however I was watched with everything that I did from the time I entered the door without saying anything to me. So it felt uncomfortable. Other than that it was nice and cool inside and there wasnt any wait time 😊

Baskin Robbins has always been a childhood favorite and still to this day. I love going on the months that have a 31st day. Polar pizzas can be made to order as well. Although a little over priced, they offer coupons and deals through the app.

Clean and a wonderdul delight of a treat..lady let us play guessing game...to guess taste flavor on ALL. Flavors.. Gave us a wonderful visit.get goosebumps when i relive memory...waa quiet an exceptional visit will never forget thank you so much

The tables and chairs could have used a wipe down. Makes me wonder what else they dont clean well enough. Aside from that the service was polite and timely.

I bought a royal sundaewhich has two scoops n banana n whip cream n all the other good stuff well I get home so I could eat it I couldnt believe how small those scope were there was more banana then ice cream there was more whip cream than ice cream.

Horrible customer service. They locked the front door at 8:59pm. We were inside through the other door at at the exact time and the ladies refused to service us saying they need to get out on time. Way to put customer first. My daughter was heart broken.
