8/28/21@8am-Jay is very rude, . No customer service skills. I came in and said good morning and he ignored me as he continued eating his mcmuffin and drinking coffee. I told him I would like an Oil change and he said ok you have to wait everybody is waiting and shooed me away. I then said do I need to sign anything and he said no and shooed me away again with his hands.

Poor customer service and bad attitude. Price was cheap tho.

I got two front wheel bearings replaced on a Cadillac truck and they only charged me $160! They recommend that you bring your own parts because it will be cheaper that way. They originally quoted me higher because they thought it required more labor time than it actually needed. They called me about an hour and a half after I dropped it off and told me it was ready. I also asked them to do an alignment and instead of taking my money they suggested i get new tires first so that I dont waste my money. The gentleman there are really professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. And if they cant do the job they will straight up tell you that they cant do it.I see some comments here about the mechanics at this establishment being very rude. They arent rude per say lol they just are straight to the point and dont smile much. But I didnt go there to be entertained, I came to get my car serviced so I can be about my way. Ive had the most pleasant people charge me hundreds of dollars more than they did so I dont mind.

Today I just left the auto body shop the gatto me it cost $55 for computer check and I told them that I can get it for free at events auto and he told me to leave and go there and never to come back and to take care of it myself

Just for an oil change. Showed up the first time at 5:40. They close at 6. Yet they said they were closing, cool. Showed up the second time. 45min wait at 11am okay.. showed up the third time at 2:30 only to be told they can’t do it today at all. Oil change takes 15 mins. This was a waste of time gas and energy. Don’t waste yours. 0 stars customer service. No empathy for your troubles.

Theyre both cost and time efficient, and honest. Im rarely unhappy with their service, though the workers could be a bit warmer toward customers. I highly recommend them for most auto repairs.

Worst customer service they look like they dont wanna do the Rude and very disrespectfull. and also dont be fueled by their safety inspection price b/c they have a hidden $25 fee to reinspect the car if it fails you might as well get a fair price that doesnt charge reinspection which are plenty in the area

I love this auto shop. The guys here are very honest. Ive used them on multiple occasions to help me diagnose issues with my used vehicles and they dont over charge on labor. My only complaint would be that theres always a long line and not enough staff to cover the number of people waiting; Kind of like your favorite restaurant on a Friday night. I recently purchased a new vehicle so I wont be coming back anytime soon (hopefully) but I felt obligated to drop a review for this group who have been taking care of my wife and I for years. HORRIBLE experience!!! I went to the shop today and a Spanish man by the name of REY came up to me and said that he will service my vehicle. I asked him if it will be done today and he said yes. I asked him if he was sure because it needed to be done today and he said yes it will be. It was almost closing time when I called the shop because I have not heard from anyone all day and a member from the shop told me that the car is going to be ready tomorrow. I made my way over to the shop and I spoke to REY and he brushed me off and said that he was busy. I told him that when I asked him if it was going to be done today he said yes and he made that promise to me. He then proceeded to act like he did not care what I was saying and brushed me off again. I asked him why he did not call me and he said that he did not have time. I told him that it only takes a minute to call the customer and let them know that he could not complete the job. He did not care and proceeded to pretend like I was not there. I left with my car that was not serviced and highly upset.He also promised me a price that another employee there said was not accurate. He is a thief and inconsiderate to the customers. When I tried to get his information he told me that he is not licensed and he also does not have papers. One of the employees also confirmed that he does not have a license and is considered a private mechanic. Please do not go to the shop or you will also have a horrible experience with REY who is not even a licensed mechanic.

Very reliable auto cervice

Terrible service. Went in for MD state inspection and my car failed, which is fine, asked what the issue was and I was told light, no work and they would not be detailed about which light didnt work, asked is they could repair it and was told maybe, we try. Since I didnt know what light it was and they did I let them try to repair it. Dropped the car off the next day in the morning and wasnt ready to be picked up until the evening. I came to pick my car up and am told they couldnt fix the problem.Im going to get it fixed by another mechanic and will return to get them to pass inspection since I already paid for it. After that I will obviously never return.

This is the worst place ever. Please save your time,money,and health. I wont recommend this place to my worst enemy. These people are unprofessional and rude. I wont even waste my time describing what they have done per decency. Just dont go near that place. You have been warned! I would have given less than one star if there were such option.

I took my car here a few weeks ago for the Maryland State inspection. Of course it passed. I decided to go back less than a month later to get an oil change. Rey, one of the mechanics advised that I get my rotors and brake pads replaced. I agreed and offered up nearly $400.00. I waited from 8:30AM-12:30PM on a Saturday. As I proceeded to drive off the lot, I could hear the rotors grinding. I immediately pulled back onto the lot and notified Rey. He took it back and fixed the problem. A few hours later, I heard the same noise coming from the same tire. I drove BACK to the auto shop and waited another hour for him to fix it. 2 days later I returned as I continued to hear the same noise. This time he tells me that it cannot be fixed and for me to get a second opinion. Even citing that my 2009 car with 65K miles was an old car and that the noise could have been there before he changed the brakes!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. A COMPLETE RIP OFF. Im now in the process of getting a second and third opinion for documents in preparation to take them to court. In addition to filing a complaint with the BBB and Maryland Attorney Generals office.

Very expensive. They promised a cheaper price then went WAY over with the estimate by 300 dollars. Stay away. Not worth it.

In the first place, the owner is an odious one, and I dont give good morning to the clients. I had the worst experience of my life. I left my car for inspection. They gave me a long list to repair and the cost cannot be imagined. Then I repaired it in another place and went back to the workshop. I also did not pass it because they were missing repairs again for the third time and the thieves say I have to pay for the full inspection. Too many scoundrel would stop being Chinese. I think I dont know. I gave them to repair. They didnt want to approve the inspection. They never even thought of going to that old shameless man.
