Found what I was looking for, with ease and the staff was extremely helpful. Cashier who assisted me; even gave directions to another beauty store, just across the way that may have another product I was looking for.

I love this store its very neat and all the hair supplies you need are there I whaen there today 3/3/19 yes I am a kid my name is Naima and half of those stuff they had my hairstylist had them too

I guess its OK if you know what you want and get it yourself but dont expect the people who work there to help you... Mis-priced items (I know it happens but I should NOT get attitude from the cashier when I point it out during checkout because its more expensive than advertised)The items on clearance are barely reduced.Basically: get in, get your stuff yourself, check the price of what they ring up, get out and double check your receipt.

The store is well kept, clean, amd thr employees are professional. They are a little expensive..but they are the only ones that carry a product Ive been using since high school. They have been in the location for years now.

I’m not the type of person to be writing reviews on websites but when I do is because I’m beyond unhappy with this store personal specially the Ethiopian lady I went there and purchased a titanium flat iron when they had a sign that says buy one get a curling iron free (any) okay okay, so I asked her she said the one I picked is not elegible for that one promo I’m like okay cool I still need it ended up buying it something told me to call the other local sally and they told me I should it have got $10 off my purchase I went back to the lady at this location and told her about the $10 off she started to raise her voice at me so I decided to call back the lady at the other location told me to put the Ethiopian lady on the phone she didn’t want to pick it up saying the she can call her at the store and to me the I can come back when the manager is there in a very rude form to all of this all I wanted was my $10 off if they had the sale going on and all the stores had them why can’t this one give me the sale . I work as a customer service and trust me I know my right and to this lady I hope y’all get rich with the $10 dollar y’all kept customers from getting buy not giving them their $10 back .

If you dont realize they rob you when they charge you for a product. Prices always alter you. That theft is justified under a membership card but even if you have it they sell you different prices than those offered on the shelf.Apart from the fact that the service is lousy, very arrogant and uneducated employees justify their bad education with which they sell their products very well, (what a lack of brain! When they could sell more if they were kind and honest)
