Needed to print one B&W paper. All machines were somehow broken when I came into the store .Even self service. As told to me by the owner. So I guess if none of the machines work he just sits there all day with the lights on telling people to go to Staples.

I wish there was a option for 0 star.. this condescending A- hole of owner has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE TREATS CUSTOMERS AS IF HE IS SUPERIOR TO THEM. I WENT THERE TO COPY SOME DOCUMENTS. HE OPEN THE COPY MACHINE AND WALKED AWAY. I CLOSE THE TOP OF THE MACHINE AND PROCEED TO USE THE FEEDER. HE SCREAMED AT ME AND ASKED WHY DID I CLOSE IT WHEN HE OPENED IT. I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO USE THE FEEDER, HE SAID IT DONT WORK. I, THEN ASKED WHY WAS HE HELLING,HE SAID, THATS HOW CHINESE PEOPLE TALK, AND YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE USE TO IT IF YOU ARE COMING HERE. with this attitude, no one should patronize his business. If you can not communicate with your customers.i asked him, if all chinese people speaks that way . He said yes. My money is good enough for you to take, but i dont deserve good service. Next time, I will take my business elsewhere.

I dont know his name but this african guy is really friendly and a good helper. He always helps me with my printing, copies and technology stuff. Hes cool. Fast service there.

Totally SCAM I went to over there for print a simple document and the guy over there said is $4 for print a document and $.25 for a each copy. Really? 👎🏻I went to a FeDEx Center and is only a $0.05 for print or copy a document
