If I could give them zero stars I would. I returned my books to the bookstore by mail the day that my classes ended yet they said they didn’t get it until two weeks later. Since they got it late they charged me over $100 and said they would refund it once they received the books. They received the books, yet still didn’t give me my full refund. I called and the gentleman that answered was nice and tried to answer my questions but couldn’t so he put me on the phone with Liz. Liz was rude, didn’t listen to what I was saying and didn’t help one bit with my problem. I asked to speak to her manager or anyone higher up than her and of course she claims she is the highest manager. I will NEVER do business with the Siena Heights Bookstore ever again. Terrible experience.

This place is great has everything for the Saints. From small key chains to sweatshirtsfir the cool fall mirnings.
