This Allied flooring store has A good selection of flooring with a variety of price options. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Pam helped us with selection and found lower price options for our application. I appreciated that She was helpful and didnt direct our choices to the more expensive options for our small project.

Customer service (Scott) was fantastic. Installed carpet looks great (thanks Dan). Professional, competitively priced, quick. It was first time using them and I was very satisfied. I will be calling on Allied again for the carpeting the other rooms in my home.

I went here to get paint for a home remodel project, about 10 months ago, after my contractor insisted on us using Benjamin Moore paint over Sherwin Williams. I worked right next door to Allied Flooring and Paint, so I figured I would stop here on my way to get the supplies.I was blown away by the customer service I received! They offered helpful suggestions on finishes and products, and answered all of my questions.Now that we have just refinished another project in our house, I will ONLY be going to Allied Flooring and Paint to get my paint and primer. Not too many people rave about a paint store... but I was that impressed with their knowledge and their superior customer service.And as a side note, Benjamin Moore paint is the best Ive used. Who wouldve known?!

I came home from work on a Saturday afternoon back in August and discovered that my water heater had burst and soaked my basement floor. After dealing with the plumber, cleanup crew, and insurance I called Allied to ask about replacing the carpet. Scott was very helpful in scheduling the estimate and advising me on the available options. The installation was completed on Friday, October 2nd. All in all a quick turnaround and I am very pleased with the results.

My 87 year old father decided that he wanted to replace his bathroom and kitchen floors. Needless to say, I was a little surprised and didn’t think he knew what he was getting into. I accompanied him to Allied Flooring in Agawam (my father’s choice) to help him. From the second we walked in, we were attended to with courtesy and respect. Scott helped us choose the tiles and gorgeous laminate flooring for the kitchen. Chris and his crew went above and beyond in their work at my father’s. They even replaced his toilet! Chris and his guys were kind, respectful, and treated my father well. Allied is top notch. From outstanding customer service to skilled craftsmanship, they’re the best!

Wanted to do new linoleum floors to cover the old, beat up linoleum here when we bought the house, not only did they come in at the best price by a few hundred dollars but their installer was great. Very good job all around and went the extra mile to level our stove, take care of our just refinished hardwood, etc. Will definitely consider them again when it comes time to do the kitchen again, but the quality of the floor means that wont be for a while.

The paint dept. was very knowledgeable. Their help was indispensable in completed our large project. I would highly recommend them.

They install carpet at a place I work. Installers are really hit or miss as far as how the units are left. Tend to mess up doors and heater covers. Never say anything. Countless times Installers say they dont have a vaccum or it broke. Well go buy one.
