Excellent shop with wide variety of toys especially Hape which has good quality and never disappoint me. Only thing is that some of these items are out of stock ? due to current pandemic. Hopefully these items can be restock soon. I like that they have free delivery with purchase of Rm50 and above, that way I don’t have to feel being forced to buy other toys in order to make up for free delivery.Customer service via e-mail is good as their reply was swift and prompt. However when we make an enquiry regarding radio flyer bicycle over the phone, the person on the line doesn’t sounds like she knows the product well when we enquire the different types and what’s packed in the box and about the accessories. Will still recommend this shop as they sell authentic toys which my son enjoys :)

Very good customer service I ever had!! I bought 14 schleich animals and got 7 to exchange due to some scratch..I emel them to have someone to contact me via whatsapp and Terry helped me to get those animals exchanged..and to my surprise I received it on the same day when I confirmed it.
