Drewnowski Pools & Spa has undoubtedly been such a pleasure to work with in remodeling my old outdated (falling apart) 25 year old gunite pool. Russ has been great in his communication and answering any questions I may have had quickly throughout the process. Julie in the office has always been gracious and kind. Steve and his crew impressed us beyond words in his professionalism, craftsmanship, attention-to-detail and work ethic. What I thought was supposed to be stressful and daunting became effortless, creative and fun. They worked with us collaboratively to ensure that our vision would be achieved. No question was ever a stupid question. Equally, we have such a profound respect for Steve and his crew in their commitment in not only making sure we as clients were happy, but I’d like to make it a point that these people genuinely take pride in their craft which is so rare these days. I have observed Steve and his team work tediously in creating a unique, custom made coping for our spa (which I quickly learned was no small feat.) that turned out better than we had imagined. His approach in his work and how he communicates with us as clients and his crew, the attention to detail no matter how minute they may be, or the time he took in helping his crew or myself understanding the process reflects his “legendary” years of experience, professionalism and skills. Although my pool may be humble, they have allowed my family and I to feel like we are in our own paradise. I could not be prouder of the work they have done, the craftsmanship they’ve displayed and integrity they’ve exhibited. To everyone at Drewnowski, Thank you!!

I very rarely post reviews however we had such an exceptional experience with Drewnowski that I had to write one. With all the recent rain we had, we woke up to find our in ground pool liner folded in the pool with the padding forced out of the sides. The pool liner was floated by the high water table and all the rain. I called Drewnowski as our neighbor had used them. I left a message and received a call literally 5 minutes later. WIthin an hour two guys came to assess the situation and within 24 hours they fixed what we thought was the end of our pool liner. Even more than their prompt, effective, knowledgeable service, is that they quoted us a very fair price. When the guys ended up doing more work and with several hours more work than they expected, THEY HONORED THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE! I HIGHLY recommend Drewnowski and now will never use anyone else. They are the best.

I have been an employee of Drewnowski Pools going on 5 years and to see the dedication and teamwork that goes on day to day makes it always easy to go to work. Even during these times where finding employees has proven difficult, to have a General Manager who is willing to go into the field and work with his team through snow, rain and extreme heat proves that teamwork is what it’s all about. I am lucky to consider these people “Family”. Onward and upwards we go!!!

Russ and the crew from Drewnowski replaced my pool liner after 13 years. The level of detail and workmanship was amazing. My pool looks brand new. Needed a new cartridge filter and Kelsey came through for us big-time !!!! 3 pm on a Friday, they didnt have the filter in stock. They made a special trip to the distributor to pick one up and then delivered it to our house with no added fee!!!! That goes well beyond normal service. Thanks for you again very much !! Drewnowski Pools in Agawam ROCKS! Everyone involved were professional and have been in the business for years (some decades).Our old liner split and drained down the pool the 1st/2nd week of May had a new liner and water in before June 1st. Even though they were slammed from everyone else wanting a pool (because we have nowhere to go this summer thanks to COVID), they worked hard and got us in the water. From Julie holding down the shop and coordinating everything to Bob helping us pick out a liner to the install team, everyone was totally awesome. With the help of Russ, Juan and a couple of younger guys, Steve worked like a beast to get the pool prepped and liner in. Steve especially was The Man (from measuring to prep to install, hes great). The whole team helped out to include getting water trucks to fill and recommendations for hardscape people that are experienced with pools. I thank you all and my kids are super-happy to have the pool this summer.

We have a gunite pool that was in need of substantial repair. We interviewed 5-6 pool companies and after much thought we decided to go with Drewnowski. We are SO glad we did!The scope of the job was already big but after the work began we realized the pool was in worse shape than we thought and we decided to add additional work.Russ and Steve were a pleasure to work with through the entire process and I always felt like they were doing quality work and never rushing.After weeks of work it’s finally finished and it’s beautiful! We had a great experience and wholeheartedly recommend Drewnowski.

Slow.... slow.... slow.....Update - Im gonna take back my 1 star and go for 4.. .I had 1 bad experience and since that time Ive had several positive ones (closest pool store so I had to go back and Im glad I did).Place seems to be ran by a bunch of kids (at least during the summer). A bunch of very competent kids... So dont worry, theyll get it right for you.I recommend you give it a shot yourself.

Since the merger a few years back, customer service has been awful. Friendly, but unable to do anything. Kids that run water sample tests do not know what they are doing and can’t answer questions. I have asked multiple times for someone to come out to our property and keep being told to bring in a water sample. Nine water samples later, our pool is still green. Called again for someone to come out, told again to bring in a water sample. I am now going with a different pool company.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Repair was scheduled 4 different times and no one showed up. Their words means NOTHING.DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!

Very disappointed with the way management handled my concerns. Had them open my pool and paid 350.00 for them to take off the cover and connect my pump. I was told to fill my pool to a certain point and when the workers finished, they said the water wasnt high enough and I needed to fill more. They could have been adding water as they worked. So...they were unable to turn on the pump and left with quick instructions on what to do. It has been two months and I havent been able to use this pool. I have called with concerns of a possible leak - which could have been checked at opening- but management wont do anything. They have lost a potential loyal customer.
