I’m not one to normally write reviews but I had such a positive experience that I just had to share. I stumbled across this little gem purely by accident, And was definitely surprised by the extensive stock and the knowledgeable staff working there. I really appreciate Andrew’s ability to communicate with me so that I would understand and not feel like I was being rushed through some process or a being handled by a salesman. And the stock is overwhelming, If you can’t find it here they probably don’t make it. Again Andrew was on point and I really appreciate the information he relayed. They will definitely see me again!

Worst place to do business with.Ordered some much needed nutes off amazon. Waited for my package for over a week after the expected arrival date. So I called them myself and was given a number to the back where I was told colin handled the Amazon stuff. After 3 days of trying to reach him he finly calls me back 4 days later and tells me they are out of stock on that product for some time now and a refund will be issued. A month later Im still waiting for my refund. What a joke!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store looks great with two hand-built custom fountains, several tents, and a few other displays as well. The soil room has everything youd expect and a couple extra surprises. Its nice to finally have a grow store that you dont have to plan a trip to get to.

Was a great store with a great customer relationships with many loyal to the store from the very beginning. Now its just a store there isnt much help no one works the floor just cashiers . Hands down the best supply store in the area, staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always stocked to the teeth with the best supplies at the lowest price around, and they have the largest store in the area so you dont have to squeeze by other customers and equipment to get what you need. Aquarius was better

Horrible horrible service. I mean I new to this whole hydroponics, so don’t know much. Bought a tent and wanted some more info on what I needed as a beginner to get started. First off I wasn’t even greeted, but who cares. Then a employee is standing in front of me looking dumb founded like he saw a ghost. I ask if he can help me with some info on what I need to get started. He said he wasn’t gonna show me anything unless i knew what I needed. Like what kind of service is that? Isn’t the whole dam point of having these stores is to get a little educated on the equipment you buy before spending all this money? I prefer the HTG on riverdale rd any day. They work one on one with you no matter what.

Great pricing and selection. Now that the location is closer even better.Just wish if they open at 10 to be open at 10.

Giant store. Ok i used to really like the other store. But it seems that the more emplyees working now the less to no service i get. I was hoping to buy some organic dry amendments and switch to coco coir but got no help to make a proper decision. I also am thinking about a better hydro store with more personal service.

Ive shop there and at the competitor and its just cheaper and more informative as I find the guys really full of knowledge wanting to pass on anything they have to help you with any of your questions or gardening needs thanks the big guy

The prices are a bit high, but thats expected in store. Although i had a bad experience the first time, it was the only time i had issues. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Just to be clear, this is a store for growing marijuana. Most of their products and knowledge is geared for marijuana, so dont come here and be upset they wont teach you to grow watermelon.
