Never use the CVS on Kanan for 1 hour photos. Most of my order was ready yesterday but they customer service rep behind the counter said he couldnt give it to me until the entire order was ready. I came back today to pick up the order and they couldnt find it. They couldnt even find the order in the system. They couldnt give me a refund either. The manager was nice and realized the issue but because I ordered it online I have to call for my refund. Im not wasting any more of my time on this. Ill be disputing the charge.

If there were a 0 star I would give it. Very rude in pharmacy. Pharmacy tech referred me as a GHOST. When trying to get his attention. Exact words talking to co-worker “Do you hear a Ghost”. Closing or not you as still on CVS time clock and still need treat people with respect.

CVS did not have my medication, an antibiotic. So a day and a half later I call and again Sheba answers the phone and says, I will call you in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I call and again Sheba answers the phone and puts me on hold for 10 minutes to see if the medication was delivered. I hang up and call back and again Sheba answers. I ask to talk to her manager. She puts me on hold. She gets back on the line after 5 minutes and again asks my name. My god she is Horrible!! She says I can come in an hour! An hour! I have been waiting for over a day! I again tell her I want to talk to her manager and guess what I am on hold ! lol Can you say evil acting….yup Sheba. Male pharmacist picked up, nice guy, problem solved. Now Friday and I call as no text about new meds! Talked to Sarah, she was lovely and turned my text notifications back on! Who turned it off? I give you 1 guess! My guess is Sheba…..smh

Terrible ..avoid minute clinic...nurse called me 3 hours before my appt to tell me 1. they are closing early and cannot see me. 2 rebook an appointment online . Online there are ZERO appt avail anywhere nearby and i need to be seen today . Customer service person was rude,, unhelpful and hung up on me. She said I would need to Find another provider to get treatment or drive around to other CVS and try to getsqueezed in as a walk in...

DANGER!!! DANGER!!! DANGER!!! SEVERE COVID 19 INFECTION RISK!!!In a recent news story it was mentioned that out of 7000 people that contacted Covid 19 only one individual had contracted it outdoors, the other 6999 people contracted Covid 19 after going inside a building. You are 20 times more likely to become infected from Covid 19 simply by walking inside a building. Covid 19 aerosols can travel up to 27 feet and linger in the air for up to several hours becoming more concentrated over time inside of buildings. It takes up to three weeks after the 1st vaccine dose to build up around half of your immunity, and it takes an additional three weeks after your second dose to have full immunity from the very infectious virus. During this 6 week period of time you can become infected with Covid 19 and have severe disease. You can catch Covid 19 by going inside of a building to bet the vaccine and get severe disease and be hospitalized before your body has had a chance to build up an adequate immune response. IT MAKES NO SENSE TO EVER VACCINATE ANYONE INSIDE OF A BUILDING THE RISK OF CATCHING COVID 19 IS 20 TIMES HIGHER THEN OUTSIDE. THE CVS PHARMACIST REFUSES TO VACCINATE ANYONE OUTSIDE.

Employees are great and friendly. Only complaints are the photo center - no matter if I crop or change the size in the app pictures are printed cut off and some very fuzzy, bad quality. I paid $2.99 per print forlarger size and cannot use them.Only other complaint is the pharmacy. 2x I have asked to be counseled about new medication and interactions with other medication. The pharmacist told me to google it . This is part of their job and he acted like I was annoying him.

I went to CVS 5623 Kanan Rd Agoura Hills 91301 and I needed a medicine. A very nice woman helped me. Two or three months ago (last week) I went there again for some other stuff. I saw her again. She salutes me nicely again. She asked me: “How are you feeling?” Do you feel better?I was so surprised and amazed She recognized me. Extremely rude night employee.Ive been a relatively loyal CVS customer for many years. I often get whatever incidental and household items I may need here instead of another store.I wouldnt normally leave a review, but the poor night service has become a concern. I actually dread seeing this young man at the check-out counter, as I know I will be treated poorly.Im almost always in business professional attire and make it a habit to hold conversation with any employee while checking out. I figure these few minutes of monotony can be made pleasant this way.This guy seems to take a personal offense to any dialogue, almost as if Im seeking to physically accost him, overall acting quite petulant in his professional capacity.A far cry from one of the supervisors, who Ive had pleasant discussions ranging from dog ownership to the weather.I say, shape up or ship out this young buck. Hed serve the establishment much better stocking shelves alone. The seeming vitriol that he has pent up would be better focused on facing the menagerie of inexpensive knickknacks I love to purchase with my Extra Bucks.

The organization of the store is very well put together. The staff is always friendly and helpful with whatever you need. It definitely needs to have more of the local clothing products in the store. I have gotten some of my favorite sweatpants and Hawaiian shirts here that were made locally!

Almost every time I come here I have an issue with meds not being ready or the insurance didn’t approve and they want me to pay full price. Today my son’s pain prescription was called in before noon and at 5pm wasn’t ready. Not to mention staff is not helpful. If you can get your meds ANYWHERE else save yourself the time and do it.

My favorite CVS ! Very organized,fast,close to my business. Fantastic selection of products. I am a client for 4 +years now.I want to mention especially Sam,Natalya Poyedis & Kathy (pharmacy) ! Real customer service & really nice people.Any question or concern I have,Natalya took very personal care of it,she would give me professional advise or simply walk with me to the location of the products I need. Sam is always sweet & polite. I highly recommend this CVS location.

I went to the CVS drugstore (5623 Kanan Road Agoura, CA 91301 ) yesterday 4Nov2019 right after picking my boy from school, 3:30PM. I asked the front manager (heavy set, older lady, ash-blond hair) to help me find eye wash after looking in different section already. She then said that if it isnt on the section youve looked then we are out. Then I asked to call someone to help me reassure that the item I was so desperately looking wasnt available. She turned her back and walked away completely ignoring my request. This is not the customer service Ive received in the last 12 years. I understand she may be having a bad day., However, this is unexpected and inexcusable. To the CVS MANAGER: Im writing a letter of dissatisfaction to head quarter. Please hire and then train your employees accordingly.All the best.

Terrible Terrible Service. Arguing with a Customer in front of other customers is NEVER okay. Escalate it to a manager if You cant handle it. In addition, get a plumber to fix your bathrooms. This isnt 1891 for crying out loud!! Lastly, get the C working on your CVS sign, I thought I was walking into a Victorias Secret when I pulled up.

Clean store, has mostly what i need... Sometimes I go at 1am and they are closed.. Supposed to be open 24 hours! Cant depend on them for late night shopping trips.

This is for pharmacy only, the elderly blonde woman who takes your prescription is always rude to me. I have had several surgeries from knee replacement to breast cancer. I WAS a regular customer there. Before my surgeries I brought in my prescription for antibiotics and pain. She said “Sorry we can’t fill your pain medication you need to go to your regular pharmacy” I asked to speak to the pharmacist she said they were too busy. It was so awful I couldn’t believe it she didn’t know what I was going through. I’m only giving them a 2 star because they have new workers that are so much better!!! I hope she’s gone or doesn’t go through what I did.

I got one word for you: DISRESPECTFUL!about 30 minutes ago I just walked out of the store Ive never been so embarrassed and treated so badly! NATALYA (cshr#1543016) the supervisor rings me up, asks for my rewards number and I didnt have my cell phone with me so I tell her its okay I dont have the # memorized & she rolls her eyes and gives me a look like Im stupid and says You dont know the number of anyone in your household I tell her no its okay... nope its like it set her off! She begins giving me a bigol speech of how important it is to know someones phone # memorized, so i interrupted her and asked her to please just scan my items she continues to talk back and talk under her breath im just saying it is very important and idk what, it got to the point where another bi-standing customer had to jump in and ask her to please ring up my items and told her want to take down my phone number # since you want a rewards number so bad... she was so into her rant that she charged me for an item i told her i didnt want. the worst part is that im standing in front of her and shes laughing about the situation with another team member, seriously? how rude can you be?!! she doesnt even bother to tell me her name when i asked for it she just points to the receipt and says its right there!... i am truly disgusted and feel terrible and so embarrassed! i am frequent customer and other times Ive let this stores poor customer service slide but this time ive had enough especially coming from management! ...none the less i was not being rude to you i dont understand why you have to take out your personal issues and angers against me?! if thats the case then NATALYA you are just collecting a paycheck because its more than obvious you have no care about your customers or how this reflects on your store. lead by example and start act like a manager not some rude child.Mr. Garo K, i am expecting a response.

Its ok. Some days everyone is helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Other days not so much. I believe upper management at Caremark belives in under staffing to help the bottom line so many times they are short staffed.

I went there to print some photos. But their supervisor (her name was Ana) was so unfriendly when she was helping me that I cant believe she was the supervisor. Her attitude made me feel Id never want to go back to that place again. Awful customer service!

I am very unhappy with the service here. I came with my daughter to this cvs and we needed some assistance in finding what we were looking for. The place was completely empty and not one employee was to be found. I know that they were not busy because the place was dead. I dont recommend coming to this cvs it is a dead zone and youll be walking around for a while trying to locate your items.

Thank Lori for her help with everything in the store. This review is for Lori and her alone. After a glass bottle had dropped from my hand and broke, the cashier wanted me to pay for it and would not give another one, Lori was kind to help and took over. She gave me a new bottle and sent me to my way with a smile.

Shopped at CVS on a Sunday afternoon. They were out of approximately 50% of the products we attempted to buy.Getting in line we waited for Sam the checkout clerk, to finish chatting with his single customer. The lind grew to 12 people and Sam continued to chat. After about a half an hour we went to the automated check out, which was inoperative.We finally simply left our basket of goods on the self checkout and left the store.Apparently this particular CVS cares nothing about to customers.
