I own the building adjacent to the Hobart building. There is a high pressure water line that expels water onto my property from the Hobart parking garage whenever it rains. I have brought the attention to local management. They tried to say the the PVC water line is a part of their fire sprinkler system and insist it is not a problem for me. I told them that there was never a time in history that building code allowed for pvc to be used any way in a fire sprinkler system. Even with this indisputable fact, management still insists that it is a fire sprinkler line. Management insists that this is not adding to the flooding behind my building despite me showing them video of it pooling behind my building during a rain storm. I have been in business for 17 years and have had 15 commercial properties. I never have dealt with a neighbor like this before. What a shameful way to run a company.
Great team!
