They were very patient, as the insurance company that was paying for the cost wasnt very professional and punctual. They finished the repairs in half the estimated time. Awesome job.

This small gem in waimalu is the go to place to get your vehicle fixed. I was shopping around to get my van fixed and stopped off at a few shops and the price difference between the few shops was night and day, clearly I was gonna get ripped off if I went to the other shops. Im glad I stopped in for an estimate at pearlridge fender and body the staff was very welcoming and my van was fixed before the estimated finish date and the color match was spot on, I highly recommend pearlridge fender and body if you dont want to get ripped off.

They did a great job. Matching metallic black is difficult, and it looks brand new. Fast repair time, good communication. The owner came to talk to me before and after the job was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Took our car to get our bumper fixed and they are very kind and friendly. Picked up our car and everything looked great like brand new and even washed our car. Theres not a lot of places I would trust but this is one I can trust with all my cars!!

Always completed on time or ahead of schedule. Accidents are never good but they make the process as painless and quick as possible while doing great repairs.

We took our family car here when our front end was damaged. They were professional and kept me updated every couple of days. My car was finished earlier than expected, which is always great. Very easy to work with in conjunction with USAA insurance. The location can be a little hard to find and the parking is limited.

Great place, always got my cars done and looking like new. Had it done 3 times but the operation time is an inconvience because I work past 3:30 p.m.

So, heres the final status update. First of all, we are pleased with that whole process, and highest props to my Allstate insurance team! They made this fender bender painless! Gave me the choice of repair shops, so I chose Pearlridge fender and body. Come to find out, my classmate Ronald Burkhart owns the shop. I gotta say, brahdah Ron has a wonderful team of professionals at Pearlridge fender and body. We picked up Rapins repaired van. It looks terrific!

We went to this place on June 1, 17 to get an estimate on my Nissan. Jenise helped us and the other mechanic checked our car. Poorly done!!. He did not check the hood or open it to see what went wrong. My car was at the parked sitting position when someone with Ford Explorer backed up her car and hit my front bumper. The right side of my bumper popped out and the clip broke so we pushed the bumper back in. We notified the mechanic but he didnt want to check it. He looked at my front bumper, and didnt want to check my front light. Jenise told me that she will email me the estimate on June 2. Now June 6, the estimate never send. Maybe they are busy enough right now and doesnt need another customer. After waiting for few days with no email, we decide to go to different place who need our business. Not recommended to go here. Bad experience!! Nissan Collusion center charged us to get an estimate but we are happy because they did it professionally and also certified.UPDATED: On June 8, they sent me the estimated but it was too late. We went to Kalani Auto Repair instead. This place is certified and I am comfortable with it.

From day one Jenise contacted me for an appointment she had excellent customer service and the Aloha Spirt of help and assistance in accommodating my busy schedule. When dropping off my car the mechanic also expressed wonderful customer service and went over everything with my fiancé and I. We left my vehicle in there hands with the feel that they knew what they were doing and with a professional and yet local aloha spirt feel sense trust and respect. It was told to me it may take ten working days. Within a week my vehicle was done (Five Days) and WOW OH WOW how amazing of a job Pearlridge Fender & Body had done.. What I also loved was the friendly status texts that they send on whats going each day with your vehicle.Hands down it looks so good!!For the past few weeks having to look at my vehicle with battle scars from someone who it me twice like a bumper car on the freeway would bring me flash backs to that scary moment. Now after seeing how beautiful of a job Pearlridge Fender & Body had taken such good care of my vehicle I am with so much Happiness and Thankfulness of how much they will be my number one referral to all!! Had some body work done on my tacoma after a accident,the first time and they did a really good job.Went back after a second accident and my truck still looks brand new.Highly recomended!!
