I lowered my lexus on coilovers and Derek let me know what he could do to help with camber ware without a camber kit which it would be ideal to get but they adjusted it for longer tire ware till I can buy a camber kit excellent shop & staff Id recommend them to anyone.

I have a huge dually with 37 in tires. When I brought the truck in to Hawaii, the steering wheel was not center, the truck was traveling and I had to really concentrate to keep the truck within the lane, especially on the H1. It was driving me crazy until I took it to Island Brake and Alignment. Dereks worker was able to get my truck on the rack and do his magic! They even took me in earlier as I had shown up earlier than my appointment time. I was hating driving this truck, and now because of them, I love driving my truck! Thanks guys!!

Best shop on the island!! Can not overstate this! I brought my car in today to get a mystery squeaking noise and my brakes checked. They informed me that the brakes are still good and there was no need to get new ones just yet. Any other shop would have ran up my bill and rolled in the dough.They didn’t even charge me for looking it over. They also informed me of the wheel well splash guard was out of sorts and it was in need of some maneuvering around.Bear place around. They have my complete trust with my lowered mustang. I have used this place a couple times for alignments. They are professional and keep a tidy shop. The parking lot small. With an appointment they had me in and out in 30 min. They can handle lowered cars which is why I used them. I would recommend them for your alignment needs b

Heard this place was one of the best areas to do alignments so i decided to order new tires online from tirerack.com and shipped them here. They are good at what they do, so its best to book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to get your spot.

The best wheel, tire, suspension and alignment shop in the 808. Just had my tires installed and the best is that I shipped my tires directly to them which they stored till I could get my car in. The care they take is great as I have expensive aftermarket wheels and not one scratch on them. Made an appointment super easy on the phone and when I arrived they were right on time with the appointment. It was less than an hour and they were so helpful and professional. I have a lifted vehicle and needed it to be in certain specs for the Recon inspection and they got it done! Im so thankful for them and their great service.

Received an alignment inspection before my recon on a 2009 Jeep Wrangler. Appointment time was at 1100, I got in about 1040, drove out about 1115. Super quick, Derek is awesome. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here! He even fixed the alignment on my jeep at no extra cost.

Im never a fan of going to the car shop because...well...we all know the stereotypes. They came highly recommended by multiple people. Ive never had such a pleasant experience. Really great place to get your worn out brakes totally fixed. And to get the most wear out of those new tires a front end alignment will keep your vehicle tracking like it was brand new. The staff is totally Awesome and will give you sound advise on how to keep your car going straight. If you travel on rough roads like KAM Highway. You need to get you car aligned constantly as the roads will tear you tires, brakes and alignment up.

Terrible service, mechanics had no idea what they were inspection! Mechanics said the rear control arm bushing was bad on a 1998 bmw 328i because when a pry bar was placed between it and the frame it moved backward... First off anyone with knowledge of a rear control arm bushing will know it is not a back to front bushing its a side to side bushing to stabilize the wheel when braking, proper means to inspect would be sided to side.. They were pushing the bushing as if they were to remove or replace it! Of course it has okay when its being pushing in the direction its installed or removed! The bushing was just replaced about 6 months ago along with the entire control arm and they are still saying its bad!! They have no idea what they are doing, I would highly suggest staying away!! The were very rude and the mechanic actually transferred me back to the front desk cause he didnt want to talk to me anymore and the front desk lady ended up telling me to get a second opinion if I wasnt happy and hung up! Way to guys customer service 101!! I would advise anyone to stay away unless your lawn mover needs brakes or an alignment! About all I would trust them with!
