Better selection of BODY CARE items here than Ka Makana location, but less home fragrance. Some new items exclusive to this location as well. Everytime Ive been in here it is EXTREMELY tidy & organized.On 2nd floor of the mall.

Went to the Aiea location for the first time last week. I normally dont do reviews but their customer service was the best Ive seen in a long time. Every single person was helpful, not pushy and giving off a good mood vibe. Other shops could take a lesson from them.

Friendly, helpful, they sanitized everyone who walks in and plenty of social distancing stickers and ropes

Bath and Bodyworks used to only be accessible to Hawaii residents via the internet or through kind relatives who happen to be traveling to the mainland. Now we are lucky enough to be able to buy it personally here in Hawaii.I like the availability of their products although they tend to be pricey if they are not on sale. That said, I find their return or exchange policy extremely liberal providing you have your receipt. Today, in fact, I returned 5 different foaming hand soaps with my receipt and just wanted to even exchange them for different fragrances. They did that for me without any complaints whatsoever. ;I believe if you have an account with them such as your email account registered they can sometimes access your past purchases. They will even take back products that have been used and found lacking for whatever reason.The employees are all very cheerful and helpful every time I go there, which is pretty much every time I shop at Pearlridge Center. I recommend you purchase the scents you like whenever you see them because if they are seasonal you wont be able to get them till the next year or ever if it is discontinued.If you create an account you will get email and regular mail offers for free merchandise and discounts when you purchase the required amount. Most of the time it is a free travel size item but they also send coupons for free full size items up to a certain limit from time to time. The full size items cost more than $13 sometimes so getting a free item in that price range is significant. Otherwise they usually offer $10 off a $30 purchase. If you can use your coupon when they are running a buy 3, get 3 free sale you can walk out of the store with a lot of product. If I am lucky enough to be there during those sales I can usually get enough hand soaps to last me a whole year.

Still pretty busy, waited in line for about 5 minutes before being allowed in. They had an associate outside keeping everyone in line and spraying everyones hands with a sanitizer, a good practice during these scary times. Inside youll see some of the old deals on your hand soaps and your usual Bath & Body items. Check it out if you can spare the time.

The employees were very nice but their selection of small gel sanitizers was horrible. I have never gone to a Bath & Body Works where they only have a selection of 4 scents. Four! Just 4! Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Theyre finally open (Hawaii). They have anti-bac/alcohol sprays now. At least they allow you to spray the samples on yourself or a piece of paper; makes sense if you wanna try the scent.

We came in just to look at the sales and had an absolutely wonderful experience with an associate named Taylor. She helped me find exactly what I needed when I wasnt even sure what I was looking for. Taylor was amazing! However, the associate that rang us up was terrible. She was rude and clearly felt we were wasting her time. Bath and Body works needs more associates like Taylor, thanks for an amazing shopping experience!

Awesome place! Just shopped here for the first time yesterday for the candle day sale. Danielle at the register was amazing and so patient with my purchase. They even stayed open late to allow me to purchase even more candles later that night! Everybody there is wonderful!!

Staff was awesome and helped me find soaps in inventory in the back that just arrived but wasnt stocked. I arrived 15 minutes till closing and they didnt rush me and helped me pick stuff out. They made recommendations and asked me if I had coupons. Checkout was great as they helped me get the best deal with my coupons. I looked kind of lost as a guy with a honey do list. Whatever it may have been, the customer service was exceptional and they had stock of items even though it was the last day of the sale. This location was great.

Love this place! Good sales/prices, awesome smelling soaps and nice employees to always help. It is always busy but they still manage to help and keep pretty stocked. Better than $20 shipping charges to Hawaii all the time :(

My husband always asks me, why am I always in this store? He recently came shopping with me for some scented candles. He got helped by so many awesome people and was amazed with all the different scents and products. He now understands my reasons for coming to this Bath & Body works in Pearlridge. They always honor coupons online and are very generous with their aloha spirit!

Its a good place for soaps, fragrances, and hand sanitizers. There always seems to be a special sale when I visit. The staff seems friendly, too. I normally go there for the hand soaps and hand sanitizers. I like how a lot of the products change based on season.Update (July 2020): there is a long line to enter bath & body works and only 10 customers are allowed to enter. It took me about 1 hour 20 minutes -- from the front of Regis Salon to the front of the line.

Dear lord the smell, nice store but always gives me a headache.

You know, even as a dude I have to appreciate this place. They have men aimed products so dont feel like its all women stuff. Its pretty good smelling stuff too. I also like thier hand soaps even though I usually prefer the natural stuff.The location is your typical size and the staff is certainly friendly. Never had a problem here.

I just went for the $2.50 hand soaps and it was craziness! With a limit of 15 per person it was pretty fast, especially because they had a few lines for card only.It was packed pretty tight and it was a bit difficult to get through with a smile on your face. I give their employees, especially restock crew, major bonus points; they are better humans that I.It would be helpful to have an aisle for the line, with sectioned off spaces so employees and customers still browsing can get through without the line getting feathers ruffled.I went on my lunch break, and it took me 35 min from joining the line to get to the cashier.It was kind of maddening to see the employees have to key in a code for customers that needed to purchase a bag. This seems like getting them something to scan is only a tiny amount of effort on the stores part that would be a step to alleviate pressure, exhaustion, and get the line to move even faster.All in all, it was a pretty good experience for me. It took about 10min longer than last year, but Ill definitely be back again.

I spend too much money here. This place always gets me with their coupons and sales and new scents that come out like 4 or 5 times a year. Sigh. I have bags and bags of their stuff in my house.Best things there are truly the candles and the hand soaps. Compared to the other candles like Febreeze and Glade and even Yankee these are superior. And what I love about their hand soaps is that the scent actually stays with you for a while.I recently discovered their aromatherapy line. I knew about it and got it for my mom as its her favorite. But during the semi-annual sale they had the shower gels and lotions for $5. I figured, why not. After using it once I fell in love. They have different scents within the stress relief line, but I like the tea and basil ones best.The staff here is always friendly. I’ve actually had some of the greatest customer service experiences in this store. The lines though… when they have a good sale the line goes out the front entrance. So be prepared to wait or at least have your hubby stand in line for you while you shop!I will, against my own will, be back here again before I know it.

I really wanted to find fragrances for my home but was unable to smell anything because it was full of fragrances mixed together. Its not their fault but perhaps having less items on the floor could alleviate that problem... making it a boutique like shopping experience. I understand that keeping the floors stocked helps future issues but i think its too much... too cluttered.. very overwhelming
