Man I love these guys they do such a great job Ive been going to them for the last 6 years. Theyre always so friendly and always feel like theyre looking out for me because of all my crazy ambitions on what I want to do with my stereo system they really break it down for me and explain exactly how its going to work and all the investment that would go into it. They never leave a job undone and Im always happy when they follow up with me just to make sure Im happy with my purchase and how things are going. I hope they stay in business forever because Im always going to need these guys when it comes to car stereos.

Due to covid the items took a while to ship but I was given updates. The day of the installation the staff was extremely professional and I am very happy with the end result. All the wires were run discretely and my door panel was a little broken they even glued it back together for me. Thank you for the great service and experience! I wanted to edit and mentioned Tracie was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. I actually went to two other car audio shops, but just didnt feel like they really valued my business. Tracie and Ryan listened, looked at my vehicle and gave me their suggestions. I said yes on the spot and scheduled the installation for the following Monday. I am always happy to support local businesses with local roots.

Asked for a rebuild of Jeep rear seat to have downward firing subs. They took forever and made subs rear firing. Also dont know how to tune and ended up clipping the amp multiple times because of bad tuning forcing protection. Havent had dome lights since going to investigate further because just noticed they cut out the factory radio harness. Have to replace that so thanks there. Actual rebuild was not worth what was paid and amateur overall. Everything they did is having to be undone at cost to me.This did happen at your shop and it has been more than a year ago. Your only contact info is via phone number, if you would provide an email address I would discuss it more. I can send pictures of the cut radio harness, but sadly the box/backseat is long gone.

Excellent service! Showed up without an appointment, and got my head unit replaced without waiting, after I unsuccessfully tried it on my own. Professionally done, with full explanation and even offered some solutions regarding a subwoofer. Highly recommend! Customer service is top notch.

Bought a vehicle with an old touch panel radio. I though it was good enough, but I came by to see Joey and talk about what a new radio would cost. His knowledge of the car, the radio, and how to install it absolutely was awesome, so I made the appointment!Fast forward a week.I dropped the car at 9AM. Joey called me throughout the day with updates and decision-points. The car was finished beautifully by noon.I couldn’t be happier with new radio - everything works and it sounds factory-new!Trust these guys - absolutely professionals who take good care of the customer.

Purchased a Head Unit, Maestro, and customized plug and play harness online for a DIY upgrade for my stock car radio. Couldnt quite get it to work so I ended up calling Mobile Car Audio based on their great reviews. Couldnt be happier with them! They got it installed and working and did some custom work as well to retain more of the factory features than I would have had in the first place. Very professional. Best of all, their price was very reasonable. If I had to do it over again, I would have started with them from the beginning.

I recently had an entire system installed with new head unit. All of the staff are amazing and great at handling a slew of questions. The install has held up great and I plan on going back for future upgrades. They are entirely accommodating for any 3rd party parts, however all the components they use, Rockford Fosgates, are stellar performers. The price, while not being extremely cheap, is more than worth its weight in customer service and utmost care in installation. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking out the shop if you are considering anything car audio related!

These guys are the best! I had some electronic issues that were completely unrelated to car audio and they fixed it at less then a fraction of what I was quoted at other places in less then 1 hour. I highly recommend this place as this is the 3rd time I have been here. I have always been impressed by their work and pricing. Had a headset installed here and I cant stress how accommodating this place was. I been to other car stereo places on island and I have to say this is the best. The place is under construction, but they are still open, I went there to do a car alarm and they did great quality work, the prices were competitive but the customer service is is unbeatable not like the other guys.I like their style of workmanship, quality work done here!! The service here was great! I went in to troubleshoot the low beams on my new headlights. Even though the product had manufacturer issues the mechanic who helped me wasnt phased. He was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He was also very friendly and quick!

Very knowledgeable installers and helpful sales people. What else do you need? How about everything they sell has warranty. Unlike some shady places who dont offer warranty or a 30 day only these guys give the manufacturers warranty which is totally legit.

I had an appointment to fix my stereo problems. As soon as I got there I met Joey he immediately looked at my truck and adjusted my app gains were to high. The problem stopped. I left there happy and there was no charge. However later in the day the problem came back. I called Joey back and he asked me if I could comeback? I did. I purchased a new head and amp. I was happy as they installed it right away even if they worked till 6:30p. Good service and nice people. I’m a repeat customer

Ive picked up parts for several installs from Mobile Car Audio now. The employees have always been more interested in car audio as an art and science than as a way to make money. Two of the times Ive been in to pick up something simple, like a trim plate or an antenna adapter, and received advice and tips as well.They made sure I had everything I needed to do things right - harnesses, adapters, and such, but more of a heres the list of what you need so you can do it right, and dont have to come back not trying to push unnecessary or upgraded components.Prices were not as cheap as some mass-sales websites can be, but they were close enough that it felt like you were paying a premium for the convenience, not like youre getting taken advantage of. I think its partly because they make their money on labor for some top-notch custom installs, unlike some elite shops that were more knowledgeable of their products profit margins than features.Ill only shop elsewhere if they dont have something in stock that I need immediately.

Some of the very few that realize Alpine is not that great of a brand. They can install speakers in very little time and have a good selection of great speakers. Only people I know of that that carry Rockford Fosfate.
