I was in Oahu on vacation and my glasses desperately needed repair. I didnt have an appointment and I came as a walk in. Staff greeted me and I met Mario who was exceptionally kind and helpful. He repaired my glasses and I could see again, I dont recall the last time I was treated with such amazing customer service.

We were served by Mario Macagba and extremely pleased with his helpfulness, support and patience with us. This was the first time in over 10 years my wife purchased prescription eyewear.The whole process and ordeal of buying glasses went by so smoothly because of Mario’s professionalism and courteousness. I always feel there are ways to improve in all we do. However, my experience at Lens Crafters was amazing. The staff, Mario, was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. The information that Mario provided for my insurance and new lenses was very appreciated. The entire space was clean, I cant think of a way it could have been any better, very happy with my experience at this location.

LensCrafters Pearlridge in Hawaii is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on August 1st. I received 1 pr. over 2 wks. later than projected. Today is Sept.17th and I have yet to receive my 2nd pair. Numerous excuses, all different. I was told by 2 different employees that the 2nd pair would be mailed as soon as it arrives. It arrived on Tuesday, today is Friday. When I called them today, it was still in their store. Horrible irresponsible service. Doubt if they care how people feel. I gave them one star because they do answer the phone.

ABSOLUTE TOP NOTCH PROVIDERS. I came in with a pair of broken glasses from another provider. These professionals took care of me quickly efficiently and service could NOT have been more FRIENDLY!! They did everything possible to get me the best price and a warranty too. I have switched from my previous provider of 45 years to LENS CRAFTERS FOR LIFE!!!

Went in to get glasses for my 2 boys and myself. While my boys frames were fairly straightforward, I needed a special tint on my lenses due to a medical condition. It was an odd request seeing as I was asking for this neon orange color type lense.They worked with me and we tried out lots of lenses until we found the one that closest matched what I needed for my light sensitivity (neon pink with mirrored surfaces). They went above and beyond to ensure I got the best care possible amd went over ever option that could possibly help out my eyes. A special thanks to Mr. Mario who took the extra time and care to ensure everything was right and as close to what I was asking for as they could get. He was very patient with myself and my boys.

I’m very glad we went to another eye clinic for my son’s exam because we found that these guys made the wrong prescription for my son. We spent over $300 for these glasses that made my son’s eyes worst. Be careful and double check the prescription before you pick them up! Very disappointed.

But the number one reason I really would recommend this place, especially the pearlridge location, is because of the people who work there. They are forever looking out for me as a customer. Its a perfect environment balanced with business and friendliness. Its always a pleasure coming here. When everything is final and Ive received my glasses, I am always pleased. Chris at the Pearl Ridge Center location in Aiea was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and has a great attitude. His skill in adjusting my newly purchased glasses saved me. I really thought there was no way these glasses would work, it seemed like the focus point was just wrong on the lenses... but with a pair of pliers he made everything right.

Asked to walk in, and a guy that was helping said yah come in. As I was waiting, he never said anything nor did anyone else. Then another guy walks up, doesnt say anything and hes all friendly with him. WEIRD, then I ask the guy how do i get help, he says oh you have to sign in. Signed in, waited and left. Was going to buy new prescription glasses, with my own prescription with all bells and whistles. Walked out, and will never come back here. Thanks for nadda.

Terrible customer service. Nobody helped us and they were not busy. We just walked out and wont return to this terrible business

Would like to acknowledge the people who helped us out . We are visiting from out of country and my daughter broke her frame. A most delightful lady helped us out and the technician was able to fix the problem. We are so happy and able to continue with our vacation. We wish to thank both of these individuals .

Way overpriced before insurance so you end up paying way more then if you didn’t have insurance.

This is a quote by an employee named MARIO WHEN YOU WALK INTO THIS STORE IT IS IMPLIED THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING DISPLAY FRAMES.I would give this store no stars if possible. I wasted 3 hours of my day making a purchase only to get a refund cause they couldnt follow through on getting me a NEW pair of frames.I wouldnt recommend spending your hard earned money at a company that doesnt disclose important information. If you buy frames from the store they will be the ones off of the display shelf. This means the frames you are purchasing could have been tainted by all the different people trying them on (stretching them out) or by the kids that play with them(putting scratches on them). So if your frame breaks after a few months this is probably why. Also the employee Mario who wasnt even the one helping me needs to learn what customers service is. He literally got into a full blown argument (it got really loud and there were customers that walked out because of it) with me at the front counter trying to justify why they sold me the display frames without disclosing thats what I was purchasing. This is when he told me it should be implied when you walk in to the store that you are buying display frames. They wont be getting my service or anyone I know service either. Theyre a bunch of crooks.

Best service ever.

Why would store policy (or management) want to keep my old lenses? I had to get very vocal before a reluctant member allowed me to keep my old lenses (which I hope to put into frames for a spare pair). All other employees were very friendly. What ever happened to the customer being right? Big box stores have a dehumanizing effect on our society. I wonder if it isnt a stockholder syndrome that causes this unchristian behavior .

Very disappointed, the young man waiting on me was not at all helpful. He brought me three frames that were nothing like what I had said I was looking for & then left me on my own while he went & talked to another employee. My arthritis limits my ability to stand for even short periods of time & after looking as long as I was able I left without a purchase. I wanted prescription sunglasses too & did find a frame that I liked but wanted to get both in one trip.I made this comment & followed the directions given in the response & now I keep getting emails asking for me to repeat the information I have already sent. Lenscrafters/ Luxottica whoever!!! either address the problem or dont but stop sending me emails. You have already lost me as a customer.

They have nice and pricey selection of glasses. I got 2 insurance coverage one is tricare and the other is feb blue high so that being said I shouldnt be paying a full price glasses. Its been 8 months since I orderd the glasses and until now they havent contacted my Feb blue insurance. I have been calling them weekly and all they say is due to time difference the FEB blue office is close will call you back once we contacted them.

The staff were all professional and very nice. Upon finding that my current glass’s frame was unrepairable, they transferred my new lens to my old frame and didn’t charge me a dime.

Excellent customer service. A bit pricey but quality eyewear ready in less than 1 hour for my family is worth it for me.

I love the new technology they offer so you dont have to get your eyes dilated if you dont wanto to. However the dr tried to give me a prescription that was way off. I refused to get the one ge was telling me i needed. And demanded to be retested. And i was right about my prescription. He said i needed a 1.25 and a 2.5. But after refusing to get that and being retested i ended up needing 4.25 in each eyeNot sure who else they are giving the wro g prescriptions to. So be careful going there
