This family owned business is the bomb! Establishment is extremely well kept and cleaned! Also, not too many gas stations provides air/water free of charge... 🤙

I frequent this station for gas often, however today I was struggling to get air in my tires (leg injury) and a very sweet man that works at Texaco came and helped me without hesitation. Above and beyond service was experienced there today. Sir, Im sad I didnt get your name however if management sees this, it was on 1/26/21 at 4:45pm and he showed me true Aloha!!

This texaco is the bestthey upgraded the car washAnd if u got a flat or slow leak in ur tire the air is free.

Not going to be able to write this without choking up....Texaco you have an Angel working behind the counter, her name is Bobbie. About 30 minutes ago I decide I need a Gatorade at 11:30 @ night and Im going to walk 4 miles from my Airbnb to do so... I recently relocated here 6 mos from little Rock, Arkansas for work & in search of a house & trying different areas of the Island, just a few hours earlier I left the west side I had been staying at for a week...so I had only been in this area less than an hour when I decided to take a walk.....and that is when I encountered her, she instantly made conversation with me,noticed my Southern accent and asked did I just move here, I told her yes but that I just walked from my Airbnb ...she noticed the jewelry I was wearing, designer clutch and new phone, and said I can not let you walk back, I just cant you will get robbed and possibly murdered..I just cant have you do it..please dont. She picks up the phone wakes up her daughter and husband, has them drive to the store to drive me back. She Hugs me when I left, and I must say its an all around amazing family, daughter and father so incredibly nice & never acted frustrated or put out about driving me back, in fact they acted thankful to do something so kind. Hawaii truly has the aloha spirit, if she had not went above and beyond her job who knows if Id be writing this review ....remember they are more than clerks,they are real people, with real hearts...when I walked in my Airbnb safe I cried realizing a stranger had love and compassion for me when they could have easily rung me up and said have a nice evening in the impersonal robotic way that the majority do....not this clerk she is an Angel in a Texaco shirt.....she needs a day off 🤗

Excellent customer service from employee, Lena. Went out of her way to help my husband and I. I will always go to Texaco now due to their excellent and above and beyond customer service.
