Nice, smaller lot. The vehicles were clean and in great shape. We were greeted by Leroy and given the keys to the vehicle that we came to see. Looked it over without pressure. Pricing was reasonable. The lot is worth checking out if there is a car you found on the web in their inventory.

This place is closed. There are no cars on the lot. I guess they went out of business or moved. No signs up at the business, their website, or Facebook page saying they are closed. They still have cars for sale on their page.

I visited Palmetto Motors for the first time and it was a pleasure meeting the sales lady and the guy who cleans the cars up. they were both nice, respectful and helpful. Nice vehicles and great customer service .. but they never did send my paperwork for my registration to the DMV & that’s very unprofessional. Tried calling them to see what was up & the young lady blocked me. Very unprofessional and that’s how you conduct business. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE not even my WORSE ENEMY. All I want is my tag, bc my temporary tag has expired.

Word of advice dont let the good looks fool you!!! The car I purchased 3 weeks ago is a LEMON. We havent had any drive time out of this car. From Aiken to home the engine light came on. I was told to return the car the following day. Six days my car was in the so call shop being fixed. Upon its return I drove it home only to have the engine light return alone with fluids leaking. I called Laroy for assistance and his response was: No one had checked my car out in the beginning but he had it six days and lied about it being repaired and ready to go. I paid $8000 for this car I cant even drive. 🤬🤬🤬

Where do I begin! When we arrive we were welcomed by a pleasant young lady, she answered all our questions and gave us the options they offered, their vehicles looked very well maintained and kept very presentable. Their prices are fair and affordable. The procedure took a little longer than expected due to computer issues but they made it up by giving us the opportunity to test drive and get lunch while we were out. Very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable!!!!! Went in expecting to put down a higher down payment on my car, as well as a high car note (I wanted a Cadillac CTS). They worked it to where I was able to put down a lower down payment and an even lower car note!! It doesnt get any better than that!!!! And to add, all of their cars on the lot are a beauty and in great condition!! Definitely recommend them.

I rate the well under a 0 star even though it would only let me give them a 1 star. They sold me a $20,000 car then 2 days after I bought it is found out it had over $6,000 worth of repairs needed. On top of that I bought the car on veterans day and I am currently in the military!! Who does this..... a scam artist looking to make money no matter who its from! Do not buy from these people they will lie and cheat you out of your hard earned money with out hesitation! Take it from someone who know from experience!!

I brought a Buick enclave in January after having the vehicle for 4 days check engine light appeared I called the dealership the staff was wonderful the owner never returned my calls the vehicle has transmission problems and it was known by the dealer when he sold it to me but he sold it anyway its sad that you can get scam out of your hard working money and get no response as to how he would help to get the problem resolved I was told to bring the vehicle back in so it could be looked at I did after explaining what codes were coming up when I had it put on the computer codes P0700 & P0752 kept coming up they kept it for 1 day call to say it was fixed and the problem still remain yet today its sad being a single parent and being ripped off but God will work in my favor i wouldnt recommend anyone to get a vehicle from here and my oil wasnt even changed
